Greeted as soon as we walked in (3 p.m. on Saturday Nov 2nd), super friendly staff who were smiling and very courteous. Food was delicious and hot! Definitely recommend, and hope Arby's knows the employees working right now are superb!
have been here twice now. the food really wasnt bad, just like any other location ive ate at. but the employees are rude and disgusting. the first time i came here there was an employee right outside the door making out with her boyfriend, watched her go back in and she didn’t even wash her hands!! (she was handling the food!!). And its not just that either, we were getting dirty looks the WHOLE time we ate inside from the employees. we were not greeted when we got there, absolutely no manners from either cashier’s either. But Atleast it was clean and the right order I guess.
Prices on menu were incorrect. They required more than advertised on the menu.
Ruben sandwich was good. But needed More sauerkraut.
Roasted chicken was poor. Hardly any chicken meat.
Restroom was clean.
Restaurant was clean.
The food was good but the service was very poor. The guy taking our order at the drive thru was very rude and had an attitude from the start. I don't know what did or did not happen before we arrived but the rude attitude remained despite how polite, patient, and tolerant we were.
For some reason they never put mayo not on the side not on the sandwich not on anything foods always cold won’t order again as every time even when you add a note they don’t guess we don’t read
There weren’t more than 4 vehicles total at this place and the service was so slow. I sat at the drive up window, the lady told me she needed a minute and about 5 minutes later I asked if she still needed time, which she did. :O
Got our order in, drove to the window and got the drink quickly but the one meal I ordered took at least another 7 minutes of waiting there.
Forgot to give me the honey mustard I ordered on top of it all.
It was a painful experience. :/
How is your slogan gonna be we have the meats .. but refuse to add extra meat when someone is willing to pay the extra no wonder yall are failing as a restaurant. Would never go back.
The guy that brought our food to us took 20mins no one was in line and he was smoking while bringing our food to us
