The service here is horrible absolutely horrible the lady in drive through at 8pm wad so disrespectful and aggressive. Good food but very horrible service. She had short hair and glasses.she punched her hand as I said I asked for crinkled fries instead of curley and she asked me if I wanted curly or crinkled. So service is very bad.
Sandwich was okay. Problem was, when I placed my order at the drive thru I clearly told the order taker that I wanted crinkle cut fries not curly fries.
So what did I get? Curly fries. I really hate curly fries.
This is why I dont go to Arbys on the regular.
This happens pretty much every time I go.
It's fast food, but our experience with the staff has always been outstanding. The dine in is plain, but with most people hitting drive ins nowadays you have the place mostly to yourself.

The roast beef wasn't thin cut, and was given stale fries. Also the short native individual at the drive thru is always in a bad mood.
Fellow doordasher here. Our second visit here, and the cashier was somewhat rude to my partner when he got the doordash order. Why choose to work where you deal with customers. I don't understand why certain places always hire people that don't really give customers(also doordasher) a nice greeting. At least provide a nice greeting or something.
We only stopped because we don't have Arby's anymore. Was still awesome even though it was drive though only. Construction was going on in the lot.
It's Arby's. The buns were a little dry, but no big deal. Overall, I will always love a Beef N Cheddar.
I ordered a classic roast beef, at 10:15 am they had only been open 15 minutes so the food should be fresh and hot, I got crunch dry old meat that I had to pick off. This happens a lot actually! Then while waiting for food I was answering a txt message and when they gave me my food I thanked them and finished my message before driving away. I was there 45 seconds longer and the manager comes to the window and points for me to move alone even though there wasn’t one person in the drive thru besides me!! Terrible quality food and rude service.. keep up the good work Arby’s! ????????♀️
