Great location close to the interstate and next to a gas station, perfect for travelers. I got there fairly early and was happily surprised (Yay for me) to be the only person in the restaurant. Food was fast and delicious in true Arby's form and the whole place was clean and well lit. 5 stars.
Stopped for a quick kids meal in the drive-thru- fast friendly speaker associate got what we ordered no problems there was even a short line and it went quickly.
Stopped in yesterday, February 27, 2024. This is unacceptable. The person who prepared this food owes me 20.00 out of their own pay. All 8 sandwhiches I bought looked like this. 3:16 pm I stopped no one in line but me. So there was no rush to explain this ignorance. Great to see no one has pride in there job anymore.
I was craving the brisket sandwich so my bf picked up some lunch for us on Sunday. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement! The sandwich had 1 rubbery slice of meat on it & I had to put my fries in the air fryer to give them the crunch they deserved. The peach lemonade was delicious as always which is why I gave the extra star
Even though this Arby's is further away from us, we always come to this one. The staff is super nice. Probably the nicest staff at any fast food restaurant I've ever been to.
Was told they were out of roast beef. When I ordered chicken, was told it’s going to be a long wait. Got the impression the guy wanted me to go away so he didn’t have to work. It was 30mins before closing.
Food was ok, drive thru service is the worst because they always complain about “corporate” timers passive aggressively or sarcastically to me of the 10 times I’ve visited this Arby’s as a customer and delivery service driver. Takeout is ridiculous waiting if you are ordering more than 3 items. I would rather eat at McDonald’s or Taco Bell over this chain any day.
Well , fast service&polite workers. I had thee fried mac and cheese. This did NOT disappoint. It’s like heaven in your mouth.
