Arby's chicken nuggets and strips are really good, they were hot, fresh, and were real chicken chunks! My daughter enjoys the sliders. My grandson said the kids meal tasted really yummy! That is high praise from a 5 year old. He ate it all and he usually does not like fries!
The food was delicious and perfectly prepared. However, some prices were quite high. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was generally clean. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience here.
I come to arbys quite often, more than I would like to admit honestly lol. I really wanted to leave a comment to applaud the service I receive from one of the eve staff in particular. I believe his name is Chris. He is ALWAYS polite and remembers my order and all of the details. It seems more often than not these days that people don't comprehend the meaning of customer service or even utilize their ability to be kind to others. So I really appreciate good customer service when I come across it. You have a good employee there, he deserves a raise! I hope you value and appreciate him as much as you should.
Good food, but I wish the tables & restroom could have been a little cleaner...
Haven't been to Arby's in a long time. Appreciate the vast variety on their menu. One wrap add jalapeno poppers with Tangy sauce recommended by drive-thru employee. The gentleman was very kind, attentive & demonstrated great customer skills. I shall return
I went through the drive-through. I asked him to put extra sauce on the burger from the back because I like that red sauce. I asked him to put a lot of it on there and instead they put they said they wouldn't then they put like a dab. I could barely taste it so that ruined it for me.
My wife was starving so we stopped in for a a quick lunch. Clean facilities and efficient staff, not overly friendly but not rude. Efficient is best to describe the staff.
Me not being too hungry, I ordered the French dip with cheese. It was what you'd expect from a franchise restaurant. The dipping Au Jus was mild and flavorful, a good portion of thinly sliced beef for the price. Wife ordered the Arby's roast beef and cheese with curly fries. She shared the curly fries that were very good.
Prices are comparable to the area's other fast food establishments.
I couldn't eat there everyday, but it hit the spot for the moment.
Great food that stands out over your typical burger joint. The younger employees need to be schooled how to use proper cleaning techniques in the lobby.
