Really not one to leave a review espicially at fast food, because we have to have a resonable level of expectation at fast food establishments.
As for the night manager and crew 12/11/24 They have Absolute garbage service. If this was my establishment, they would be terminated immediately.
I would expect someone in upper management to make contact with me so I can give them full details.
My mother was in the mood for a burger, and I was in the mood for roast beef so this was a good combination. The burger was very good, much better than the typical fast food well done because it was served! Very convenient location.
Gotta try the fried Mac n cheese bites. I've always loved Arby's but these are a new favorite! I gave 4 stars because the food was cold. This was the first time I've had a problem at this location though. Might have been an off night...
Just opened after complete remodel inside and out. Food was fresh and served fast. Clark was extremely friendly and was keeping the dinning area clean.
Had to wait 5 minutes to even order our food and took another 15 minutes to even get our food through the drive through and when we went up to pay, he put the wrong order in and charged me for more than what i paid for. The food was cold and the drink was not what it was supposed to be. The Customer Service was very poor, i will not be coming back.
We stopped by here, two weeks ago, and this place was so clean and they were so friendly. The food was delicious. So we came back today. We will definitely continue coming back.????
I had a terrible experience with customer service. I went to the drive thru, and anything I asked for, they said they don't have it, no burgers, no fries, no drinks, they kept saying it was a one-time offer I left and I'm not going there
Just walked in stood at the register for no exaggeration 5 mins and not one person came to take my order so I walked out. Won't be back ✌️
