Frankly, one of the better fast food restaurants in midland. The people that work here are incredible.
However, The owner should be ashamed. They have had a broken drive-through window for almost two years. It doesn’t close subjecting the workers to heat.
Just sad.
For what you pay for the food you would think it would be a little better kept up and there is a curb in the drive through that forces you to almost have to crawl out the window in order to get your food. Slow service
Always great food and great service for fast food. Roast beef and cheddar classic is always the best!! Parking is adequate
Decent waiting time to get food, good deal on the food too, they got a 2 for 15.99 for 2 classic sandwiches, 2 medium drinks, fries, and 6pc mozzarella sticks too! $17 and change after taxes
I ordered the chicken sandwich and it tasted old or like it had been sitting for a while before I ordered it. The regular fries we got were definitely not fresh. The roast beef sandwich was delicious and the curly fries also.
In there defense, I forgot to ask, but so did they. I got home and no Arby's sauce. Also, the Aju was very weak.
Very nice at window though.
I know now why they have, almost, no business. The sandwich was OK, the french fries were cold and rubbery. They were out of sauce, how could that happen? The lady at the window only had no answers, no smile BUT she was able to give me the correct change, unlike the one before her.
Food is typical, Arby's.
Service is horrible. The dude working the register shouldn't be in front of customers. Flies everywhere.
