Very dirty staff is rude and as we was waiting for our food in the drive through which was backes up out to the road one nice lady was working while three others was at the side door where you walk in smoking started off as one.I ask her could she maybe smoke around back since we was waiting on our food right there by the door she said um no this is where we smoke I said but this is the entrance she said so ! So needless to say we will not be back
Ordered the jalapeño poppers the lady noticed that there were 4 already cooked so only cooked 4 more to fill the order. Had I known how old they were I would have said something at the time. Was traveling and it was getting late So I didn't say anything. The lady who took our order was more worried about talking to the person out the drive through window she walked away without completing our order. The other woman had to remind her that she had customers.
I am from Tennessee and was passing through Elijay, Georgia. My husband and I stopped at the Elijay Arbys. When we walked in I was shocked, it is the cleanest store I have ever been in. It was also all decorated with fall and Halloween decor. It took alot of time for them to do that. It was beautiful, clean, and organized. On top of that our server that took our order was the nicest and most helpful person I have ever met. Her name is Michelle, she brought our order to us when it was ready then preceded to wish us to have a happy meal and good night. Then she came out and was cleaning the floor, trash, tables etc. As we left she again wished us to have a blessed night. I was so surprised to see someone work hard and keep a smile at the same time. It was a great experience and we will keep it in mind if we pass that way again. Thank you Michelle and thank you Arby's for the food and experience.
Passing through and stopped for a quick lunch. I used the drive-through. The employee that I interacted with was friendly and professional. The food was hot and delicious.
The restaurant was clean, and decorated for Halloween, nice touch,Michelle was super nice and helpful, and she delivered our orfer to the table,I didn't know they still did that,5 stars to Michelle and crew.
Went through the drive-through a little after 10 pm. The ladies working the drive-through were very nice, especially compared to some other restaurants, drive-through employees at night. The beef and cheddar was amazing, and the curly fries were fresh and hot, unlike some restaurants that give you old fries that have been under a heat light all day.
Meat Mountain. It's not on the menu but you can order it. All the meats... Chicken + ham + bacon + roast beef + turkey.
Went to go order through the drive thru and wanted to try the new hamburgers. Saw the commercial, saw the the window stickers advertising the hamburgers, get to order at the window and the cashier tells me they don't have hamburgers. Didn't say they were temporarily out of stock, didn't applogize for the inconvenience, just said we don't have hamburgers. What is the purpose of advertising an item if you have no intention of selling it? Please do better!
