We love the Elk River Arby’s with their wide selection of sandwiches. We are fortunate to only live five minutes away from so many restaurants and Arby’s is one of our family favorites. Never been disappointing! On this visit I tried the potato cakes (they are back) and the French dip sandwich. My favorite for decades has been the regular roast beef sandwich with Arby’s sauce but I switch it out sometimes. The service has always been terrific- both drive thru and dine in.
Staff are great and nice atmosphere, but the food was absolutely gross. We got buffalo chicken wrap that was drenched in sause and also a crispy chicken sandwich that tasted more like saugy potato salad. The only saving grace was the curly fries.
Had a great meal, pretty expensive but yea I get it, maybe could use a few better deals but for an Arby's it was hot fresh, and tasted good. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Will definitely be there again sometime.
They took way to long to give me a kids meal and a beef gyro with no tomato and 2 potato cakes. Service was slow. They forgot the BBQ sauce. Gyro had hardly any meat, 1 piece of onion and the gyro was hard and broke in half. The best part once again was the potato cakes.
FYI I never heard from anyone as they claim would happen.
This is not fast food! Clearly they are under staffed… wouldn’t be surprised if this Arby’s gets shut down….
Ordered a beef and cheddar combo, it’s missing the cheese and orange ranch. Kinda sucks to get home and see the expensive sandwich is missing the ingredients that make it expensive. Staff was surprisingly friendly. Not sure I’ve ever came when the food was correct and the staff was friendly.
Slowest drive thru ever. Took 17 minutes to get my food. When I got home I realized they gave me the wrong food
Stuck in the drive thru for 10 min waiting at the speaker to order. Then my order was rung up wrong. Disappointing
