Overpriced food and the smallest portions i have ever seen. Even though the curly fries were good, the chicken tenders and the chicken wrap were extremely small in size considering the prices. The menu pictures were misleading and incorrect in regards to what we actually got. We are left hungry!
The gyros are phenomenal for a fast food place. They are also a very good value. Now let's get to the beans and franks of this review. The Diablo dare sandwich is not to be taken lightly. I ordered one with extra sauce and jalapenos and within minutes of eating it I was pacing around my hotel like a crackhead. It is very hot I underestimated it. I have done lots of hot challenges in my day and I usually am able to mentally prepare myself so I succeed. I didn't get that chance because I thought this sandwich was a joke. It's no joke I am writing this review as I am splashing toilet water on parts of my butt that remain on fire the next day. I didn't get the free milkshake to cool me off either and that was a mistake. I'm warning you don't underestimate this sandwich.
They would not take my coupon for 2 turkey sandwich meals for $14.00. Instead they were going to give us $2.00 off each meal. Left and drove to another Arby's, used the coupon for our meal.
I've always been a fan of Arby's. But was disappointed at this location. The cashier ("Bri") was distracted. Then the ice machine had no ice, we asked the same cashier, Bri, for ice, she very snottily told me she didn't have any. Someone from the kitchen said they had ice in the drive through ice machine. Then the sauce dispensers were empty. All the tables were dirty and chairs very unorganized. I'd give 1 star but food was good.
Good food options, but tables very dirty
So what's a guy who rides a bike, that gets off of work at 9:45 pm to do when he arrives at his or her local Arby's to order some after work grub and an employee stares you down as they lock the door? Go to the drive thru? She knows who she is, shorty with the black curly hair. Meanwhile you have up to 8 guests inside. Why not put up a sign saying you're closing the lobby at 10pm? Or you know, just give late night guests that, "I've done my job for the day" look with such displeasure. And I'm sure someone is going to be a keyboard warrior and tell me to use a third party app, I'd rather go in person and save myself from waiting 30 minutes.
My wife and I pulled into the drive thru at this location this afternoon just looking to get a quick sandwhich to get us through the afternoon of shopping. My wife ordered a Beef n cheddar plain bun, no red sauce meal. I only got a Beef n cheddar sandwhich, total $15 something. She received about a 3 inch tall tiny cup of curly fries filled with burnt broken piece fries, a very small cup of lemonade stuffed with ice, and then the shocking surprise just got worse. She opened her sandwhich and there was literally 4 (FOUR) Thin slices of beef, she was shocked. Then I opened mine to see the same, except mine only had 3 slices of beef. My wife brought the food back in and begged me to stay in the car. Well that only lasted 2 minutes and I just had to go in. They gave my wife 2 new sandwiches and had her look at them before walking out. They were almost the same only they had a few more slices on them. I remember the days of 5/$5 and the meat would be hanging outside the buns. Now, $5/ per sandwhich and I'm having flashbacks of Wendy's commercials "WHERE'S THE BEEF"?
This store is pathetic and I will NEVER stop there again. I've had several visits where I got wrong food and missing food, but this was a deal breaker. I can do without Arbys in my life. Thank God another new Portillos is opening about a mile away from this junk food location. This is the kind of store that causes people to stop patronizing a franchise... I'm done !! I'd give this place no stars if that were an option.
I am sending this notification to Arbys corporate office. They need to see the amount of beef customers are getting for the outrageous prices they are charging.
Usually not busy so fast in-dining and drive thru service. Food always comes out hot and fresh.
4 instead 5 stars, mobile order never seems to be ready. I dont think it's the restaurant fault, I'm guessing the way Corporate has the system set-up. I always have to check-in for Arby's to prepare. I believe its all Arbys Ive been to. Never ready to grab and go.
Overall, love Arby's roast beef!
