Absolutely unprofessional staff. No hi no bye no nothing. Just “What you need”. The lady was holding cigarette while serving me. That’s crazy. Time 6:00 pm. 12.12.2024
Apparently inflation is hitting this Arby’s since the Smokehouse brisket sandwich is about two or three times smaller than it should be. Just had one last week in IL and it was still the same sized brisket sandwich. But this Arby’s, we’ll look at the photos… ????☹️???? So flat and barely any meat in it. Sad.
On the other hand, tried the deluxe fish sandwich and it was great, freshly cooked and perfect amount of sauce and veggies. ????
The food was as expected from Arby's, the service not so much. Barely acknowledging customers too busy talking with co workers. Took my food back out to my truck as many of the tables needed to be wiped down.
So I upgraded my meal to medium and I got a kid sized cup of lemonade. The cashier said they had only regular and large, the latter being a still smaller cup than the competition's.
Slow as molasses! One cook, one counter, and one drive through on a SATURDAY!! Truck drivers don't have time to wait 20 minutes for food! Also, if a customer asks for a large combo don't charge them if you're only going to fill their fries halfway!!! Not one fry but both were not full!!! ????????????
I was greeted and told I could have a seat in dinning room then I never got my food by the time I waited for 20 minutes my fries where cold the sandwich fish and cheddar beef was great . I Would give a 5 if hot fries next time if you tell a customer to have a seat call out their order loud or perhaps bring out to the table
Hey Arby's in New Albany, MS....just wanted to say thanks for making me wait FORTY-FIVE MINUTES on my lunch break yesterday to serve me food that literally looks like slop that was drug through the trash. THEN tell me if I wanted a shake that I needed to go to the back of the line that I just sat almost an hour in to add it to my order? Unacceptable
Don't order these petite filet sandwiches...look at what they gave me...(I added "extra" meat) I paid almost 13 dollars for this combo...never again thieves.....
