Placed an online order.
The employees never put the order in the pick up spot, so it sat behind the counter for a long while... So I can to stand around waiting for someone to make eye contact so I could ask about my order.
Part of the order was incorrect, and the food had been getting cold for a while.
I asked for a refund (without eating the food) and had to stand around while the employees had to call a manager to try and help.
Manager was unable to help over the phone, so the employees remade the order, and eventually I left with my food after 30 minutes.
When I got home with my order, 2/2 sandwiches were made incorrectly.
Abysmal service and am genuinely blown away a place like this can stay in business.

If you are looking for a quick meal, this works. We stopped in for roast beef sandwiches, French dips, and a wrap. They were hot, fries were excellent and hot. The tables were clean. Service was quick. Remember, this is fast food, so don't expect restaurant quality, but you can't go wrong with Arby's.
Ordered thru door dash, I ordered jalapeño poppers, didn't receive the broncoberry sauce! My poppers were burnt! Ordered a chicken bacon and Swiss sandwich the patty was thin and dried out. Curly fries were cold. The mozzarella sticks were the only thing freshly cooked, but I didn't receive the marinara sauce I ordered. I ordered a large fruit punch and didn't receive it. Worst experience ever. I do not recommend this arbys location!
This Arby’s is a little smaller than other establishments but they still have everything on the menu. While I was eating, there were employees who were not on the clock but just there hanging out with their friends who were working. It reminded me of my friends and I when we worked at an Arby’s as teenagers. It brought back good memories on this visit this day.
This place is clean and the staff is friendly. Been here a few times and never had an issue. I’ll continue to keep coming back

If I’m working like you guys are it’s crazy how you’ll give me half of what I ordered
What really got me was my large fries were not large but were a medium in a large container & it seemed like the test fries, the ones where you discard it after checking if the oil temp is
right, I know I’ve worked in fast food
It was ROCK hard and wasn’t filled to the top so that’s how I know - I can survive off fries so that’s what really got me
The new big cheesy bacon burger was lukewarm and the cheese were slapped on w no care
you guys really gave me a chicken slider that seemed like it was made the night before and y’all just reheated it up bc ain’t no way, the bread and the chicken ROCK SOLID there’s pictures
The least yall could do is give me sauces like I’ve requested so I can carry on my day making money so I don’t have to eat dry bland and old food
The sauces would’ve made it better to scarf down! Not even a straw for my strawberry milkshake which was runny but that’s the only good thing out of this, besides the roast beef, again put the sauces in please
Smaller new restaurant. Has drive thru and small inside seating. Bathrooms are single person bathrooms. Good soda selection and standard Arby's menu. Very clean restaurant and friendly staff. It is within walking distance from Herriman high school. I ordered the bacon Swiss chicken sandwich it was good but not spectacular. A good option if you want fast food and are in the area.
I went tonight for a late night dinner and I was so hungry. I ordered a beef and cheddar and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were so dry and so burned that I couldn't eat them. So then I switched to the beef and cheddar which I'm not sure how you burn it, but it was burned and tasted like chemicals. I wasted my money on really bad food when I was extra hungry because it's late.
Clean Arby's with friendly staff and quick service. We rang the bell on the way out because the food was great. ????
