Stop by around 11:15 on a Weds. Staff was attentive and readily took my order. The building was clean inside and out. Food was hot, fresh, and tasted good. Will stop here again in the future
Great experience! I want to give Mendy a shout out for being so patient and kind with my 2 year old. And also shout out Matt for helping bring the food to our table. I truly appreciated the help. It was nice to feel welcomed in a place with a toddler. The place was also clean.
I ordered sliders. They were tiny and microwaved. On one of the sliders, the meat was omitted completely. I had to come back in and have them remake another "microwaved" tiny slider. There wasn't anyone dining in or any cars in the drive-thru during what should be peak hours, so apparently, this location isn't performing well compared to the many, similar fast food restaurants within walking distance.
I came thru the drive thru last night at 11:25pm. Matthew was the one running the drive thru and he was extremely rude for no reason. I think he was angry I ordered the tailgate meal bc it would have to be prepared. I pull up to the window he said not one word and snatched my card out of my hand. He gave me my food and I said thank you and once again not one word. I work in the restaurant industry and I would never treat a guest like this. I did nothing wrong but come in an hour before they closed and ordered something that had to be made to order. That experience makes me not want to come back. I live 5 minutes from this location and I am here often. I have never been treated like this by any other employee ever!! I get all the way home and I didnt even get the tailgate burger which is a BBQ bacon burger. I was given a regular cheeseburger. I mean seriously if you hate your job and the guests that come in you should quit your job. Unacceptable.....
Probably the best fast-food service in Loganville. Every time I’ve been here, I’ve ordered the #7 chicken sandwich meal, and it tastes great every time.
The dining area was very clean. The restroom (women) was clean and smelled clean also. Food was great fresh french fries .All the condiments were full and the area was clean as well as the coke and tea area.. The employees were very nice. I will go back when I'm in that area again.
One of the better fast food places in Loganville. Clean, well spoken staff and good food. Will be going there over any of the near McDonald’s, Taco Bell, kfc.
Arby's is stupidly expensive for fast food, but it tends to be really good... The service at this location makes this Arby's a waste of your time and money. I've ordered from here three times, and not once was it correct. I'm either missing food, the drinks are completely wrong, or the portions are horribly small... I don't understand what's so hard about this. Everything is already pre-measured and sized for quick and easy order fulfillment. All they have to do is heat it up and put it in a bag. What is so hard about putting fries in the container. Fill it up! Why are all of the containers only filled a third of the way? Do I need all of those fries? No! But did I pay for them? Yes! Did I pay way too much for them? Oh yeah, waaaaay too much!... I hate this location.
