This is what the bun on my roast beef sandwich looked like.
And the Market Fresh sandwich I also received had the two pieces of bread facing opposite directions.
Not exactly paying close attention on the 9 pm shift.
PSA: CHECK ALL YOUR ORDER before you leave parking lot. Ordered via drive-through this afternoon at 4:22pm. and paid $28.21 for two meals that were totally incorrect
Ordered #1 Beef n Cheddar and received just a beef sandwich dry with no cheddar
Ordered #13 chicken club wrap and received some marketplace sandwich as pictured
$30 is too much to pay for fast food that's not at least accurate per the order placed. The orders were not specialized, nothing extra or removed...plain simple billboard as is orders. This is ridiculous and uncalled for.
REVISED: per generic response from Arby's Owner below I did contact corporate in regards to this issue and have yet to receive a response. Therefore, my conclusion is the company values are reflected in service rendered and all could careless about customer satisfaction.
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR GOOD TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY AT ARBYS!!
Food was good. Waited an extra long time for potato cakes, but glad they're back. Ordered through the app. One sandwich was missing extras we had ordered.
The inside of the restaurant smells like old, dirty grease. My food smells and tastes the same. My food was old and definitely sitting for a while. Overall, not great.
Arby’s has lost their mind. Their WI-FI is down so they are refusing to make any online orders. So the employees are sitting in the dining room having a great time. It must be nice to be an Arby’s manager and decide to simply not work, get paid and refuse to serve customers WHEN THE RESTAURANT IS EMPTY. Hats off to the laziest crew in fast food, where they would prefer to BEAT SALES DOWN TO ZERO. This might be the next fast food bankruptcy. Seriously avoid this place the food isn’t worth it.

Chili dogs on top of chili was fantastic!!!!!
Went thur drive thur. The cashier can't listen. I asked to change my drink to something else before I got to the window she gave me my original drink and gave the person with me the drink I wanted and had to swap that drink. Didn't ask what kind of fries we wanted either.
