I came through a month ago right after Hurricane helen. The website said that they were open, and accepted an order for me. It was a pretty big order because I was ordering for everyone at work. Almost $60. They took my money, and even sent a message saying that my order was ready. When I got there, the restaurant was closed. I called for a refund, not really upset because I understood that the hurricane caused a lot of problems for people and with the power grid. Not a huge deal. What is a huge deal is that a month later and I still haven't received my refund. Be careful before ordering online.
We stopped in here craving some Arby's. There were no other customers inside nor in the drive though. There were several staff members in the kitchen doing various duties, sweeping, cooking, talking with each other in a joking manner. Several employees looked at us and kept walking. Noone acknowledged us for several minutes while we waited at the register. Several other customers came in behind us, and still noone came. After about 5 minutes we left.
Two roast beef sandwiches, the meat had a terrible taste. Looked pale. Took a bite and didn't finish. Threw them away, after offering it to my dog and he spit it out and would not take it.
I walked in with a large lunch order on a Saturday. They were not busy at all and I was able to go directly to the counter. The young man took my order correctly, the back cooked and filled my order correctly and then the young man went out of his way to get a box for me to put my bags in.
Everything was perfect.
So nice this place opened back up after renovation. Great food friendly employees. Glad you kept the bell. Thanks for a great meal
Customer service was perfect! We were asked if we’d like to wait for fresh fries. The individual in front of us had forgotten part of their order and the DTO ran out to get him his food.

Went through the drive through after being at the Dr and they took our order seemed pleasant at first but when we received the order we where missing a sandwich it wasn't a big deal took the bag and receipt inside to show the employees they took it and checked the bag and claimed that we had just took it out (trying to get another one) when it wasn't the case they started to throw out the rest of the food in the bag (only managed to through out fries before we stopped them since their was nothing wrong with the rest of the food) so now we need the sandwich and fries which they where still ruid about and the new batch of fries we where given where old and cold
Ordered on App and picked up my order. Had to drive back because two sandwiches were missing. Then found out one of my burgers was nor well cooked and was raw. TERRIBLE SERVICE HERE. DON'T COME.
