Had a coupon so I stopped for lunch and got a couple beef and cheddars and a fry. The restaurant is very clean and nice, and the staff was very friendly. The service was SUPER quick. The sandwiches were hot and good, as were the fries.
I waited in the drive-through for a while and finally left. I was greeted with "one moment please," then nothing for at least 2 minutes. No one else in the line or at the window, it was like they didn't WANT business. Maybe training or better would help.
Rude drive thru, how is this place even in business anymore , it seems every Arby's is the same ...The people that work at this mt pleasant location are exceptionally rude and lazy , obviously don't want to work , Sunday at 5:10 pm October 6th 2024, if the manager even cares ,with the other reviews it's obvious they don't
This place is so slow. So gross. Rude employees. 20 minute drive thru time is insane. They’re lucky we don’t drive off
They all seem tired and didn't know what they were doing the jamocha Shake did not have anything on it and did not taste like it. The ketchup and all the other different sauces was not filled there was no ice. Nothing seemed to be as it should. Somebody needs to come and help this restaurant get it together.
Only two workers, our fries were lukewarm and stale. Our food was mediocre at best. I got the chicken wrap, I've had it before and it was good, but I couldn't taste the honey mustard and it tasted nothing like the one I had before (another location). The soda machine had condensation that dripped into your cup with the soda. The soda machine needed to be cleaned (had dust particles on top) and there was a smell.
The worst service ever by an Arby’s location. Staff members were rude except a small handful. Was told they don’t have a lot of product like some sandwich, and some drinks. I ordered my food and still was given the wrong food and drink and when I went back in the restaurant that’s when I received the rude service.
The food is typical food from all Arby's. The service has always been quick, and friendly. Best customer service for fast food in Mt. Pleasant.
