Went for the new deep fried turkey sandwich and there was no turkey. Went a second time and got the deep fried turkey sandwiche but the sandwich didn’t have much turkey on it. Lots of lettuce service was slow and seems like the person in charge to make sure they have what you want is in . They need to make sure they order enough. I choose not to go back to this Arby’s but visit the Reidsville location. Hopefully the service will be much better.
Came in late, around 9pm. I didn't expect everything to go as well as it did. Very clean inside, staff was super friendly. The food was hot and fresh. Highly recommend.
I had the best experience here, the young lady who took my order was very sweet, she helped me so much. I would recommend a visit anytime?
I ordered a 9 piece nugget curly fries and lemonade. The chicken and fries were hard. They looked like they had been under the light all day. Do not go there if you do tell them you want fresh fries and chicken.
Drive-thru cashier was rude, inconsiderate, and try to cheat me out of my money. After speaking with the manager she counted his drawer and he was over a lot. So she gave me a full refund
Every machine is down or cleaned three hours prior to close also the drinks have more carbonation than anything worst Arby’s ever how bout getting people with some sense working
Their posted hours are that they’re open at 9:30am. I stopped at 9:50am and found 3 employees sitting outside the locked front entry door. They said the manager was running late but was getting ready. They said they wouldn’t be open for an hour because nobody else had a key.
Stopped by for a quick lunch. I ordered a fish sandwich and got 2 chicken tenders with tarter sauce. Of course they offered to replace the meal, so when I did return a couple days later, the manager was very rude and never apologized for the culinary foe pah.
On top of that we have 2 Eden firefighters standing in line with no masks on. Um yeah
