Friendly service. Order prepared correctly and served hot. Food was good. Clean and spacious inside with plenty of seating. Nice selection of condiments. Ample parking lot for most vehicles of all sizes. Has outdoor tables too for warmer weather.
Was in utter disbelief that any employee would think it was even close to satisfactory to serve the food we received! I heard my husband gasp as he unwrapped his chicken bacon ranch sandwich. After unwrapping mine (exact same sandwich), we both stood there silently staring at the sandwiches. Then he quietly said to me, "I think it's fair to say, we need to decide where we want to order some food from".
They were to busy to take our order or even acknowledge we were there. As the order line continued to grow with no one at the register. I asked if some could take our order and was told we will get to it
I don't know about you guys but I've lived in lenoir my whole life and at some point I quit going to arby's because they were so rude and wanted me to fight for my right to Arby's sauce like my ancestors fought for my right to vote. Idk what's happened in the past bit, maybe they've switched management but these days they're so nice and they give me my sauce without me having to debate, beg, and grovel. Love them. The boys Ive interacted with are super sweet and always look like they're working hard and doing it right.
I had to down grade my review, I ate here for lunch and the staff were not very friendly. And my Ruben was missing most of the meat! I love me an Arby's Ruben, but this is the first time I have had one with next to no meat on it.
Nothing to write home about that's for sure order a hamburger with pickle and onion and they wanted to charge me individually for onion and pickle which I thought was quite ridiculous because most fast food chains serve it to you complimentary my doctor friend and I and his wife will never go back there
again that's how much we think of that
particular restaurant thank God I'm not
the only one that feels that way I can understand why that's for sure so if you want onion and pickle with your hamburger I suggest you try one of the other fast food restaurants they will more than happy to give you all that you require
Asked for the 3 for $5 wrap deal and when I got home only had 2 wraps in the bag.
The one in lienor is bad to the soft drinks they're had to replace the coke cola was flat THE LARGE SWEET TEA WAS WATER DOWN SUGAR THE FOOS WASBJUST PLANE JANE Nothing To write home about
