Due to halal concerns, we do not have many choices except fries and fish sandwiches. Unfortunately, I rarely get the fish menu there. I took four curly fries, and 90 percent were broken, which disappointed us. It seems they do not have enough customers. I hope they will survive with pride and quality.
This Arby’s is a great location and conveniently located next to gas stations and many small and big shops! which attracts a lot of people. The drive thru workers are always kind and I have never received bad service! It has become an easy late dinner option which is a nice place to have! And I love seeing all the shopping across the street!
Note: I partook in patronizing this establishment at 10:10 P.M., this may have affected service.
This joint has a comfortable layout for dining in. The menu is formatted well making it easy to decipher and pick your food. They serve curly fries automatically which I consider a plus.
I was disappointed however, with the sanitary standards of one of the employees, hand washing was needed and not used. The only other issue I experienced was with respect to my Reuben Sandwich. I really enjoy a good Reuben! The varied ingredients mixing about on the palate creates quite an exquisite symphony of flavor. What I received was a mildly warm pile of meat topped with sauerkraut, thousand island and cheese, which was not melted. The tepid pile was sandwiched between two slices of rye which were soft and soggy. No attention had been offered to ensuring all the ingredients were heated properly nor was the rye toasted. Perhaps Arby's simply does not toast the rye.
Again, I visited the establishment 50 minutes before their 11:00 P.M. close time, this may have had an adverse affect.
I'll try their Reuben once more at a different time of the day.
Came in for a quick bite, unfortunately all our food came out cold, and missing items.
There seems be to a lack of management here overseeing their employees since they had gloves in the urinal, most of the tables were dirty, sink in ladies from had hair in it.
Lots of places to park but that's probably because they aren't the best ????
Charles was great. Made sure my food was fresh and he was super friendly.
We have had 2 issues with this particular Arby's in the last month both using the drive thru. The first time the order was mix up, where I had to go back into the restaurant to get the correct order. Today, received the correct order, but parts of the roast beef were hard (yellow/dark brownish) and unchewable and the bun was stale and fell apart. It was 11am.
Probably best to use the 150 Arby's. A little out of the way, but always satisfied!
Went inside to order. Lady took my order then I had to wait 25 minutes to get that order. A couple in front of me is waiting when I got there and was still waiting when I left. Speed of service sucked and the crew had no sense of urgency and one of the employees was texting on her phone.
Decent Arby's. Order was accurate and that's what matters most. Avion was helpful and made sure I got what I wanted. Dining area was mostly clean.
