Located in Pilot. This was my first time eating breakfast at Arby's. I was pleasantly surprised. Sausage Croissant was hot and fresh as well as the potato cakes. Staff was kind and helpful all the way around. "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels!" Be'Be'
For the first time in my life I went into an Arby's, ordered food, and that food was ready before I finished getting my drink.
The drink machine made it properly mixed soda which is impressive these days.
My food was hot and fresh.
The staff were polite and efficient.
I was in there for such a short period of time that I didn't even have a moment to look at how clean it was.
I couldn't tell you if it was dirty or clean inside.
I will guess that the restaurant was clean because I typically notice when things are dirty, but I didn't have time to really look because they called me back to the counter with a completed order.
And I'm certain that my food was fresh because I ordered a customized sandwich.

Pulling cars up in the drive thru... When there are no other cars in line. This only serves to lie about their abilities to serve customers in a timely manner.
Small portioned sandwiches; chicken was overcooked tasted like rubber. Fries lukewarm. Overall waste of money and tummy ache.
This is the best Arby's I have ever been to. The employees were super nice and seemed like they actually enjoyed each other's company. They were very friendly to us and I can't remember the last time I had such great service at a fast food place.
I wasn't impressed with Arby's. Having associates yell at other associates for me was embarrassing. If you are going to carry on make sure that customers will not hear and make sure your customer has been taken care off. The food was dried up.
It had been a very... VERY long time since I had eaten at an Arby's, and I gotta say... Even though they discontinued my favorite sandwich when I was a teenager, I was super impressed with the flavor and quality of the sandwich I did order. Their classic Rueban on Rye. Absolutely delicious!! I will be coming back, and next time, I am ordering more than one!
