So I got a 2 for 6 chicken and roast beef sandwiched. The roast beef was fine, but the chicken was uncooked and raw. Seriously don't go here if you don't want food poisoning.
If you have dietary restrictions I would recommend going inside. This use to be my go to spot on my lunch break however over past six months or so this store has really declined. I always order a turkey sandwich or wrap with NO bacon and every single time I get bacon. I’ve tried saying it twice , I’m always super nice/friendly when I order. I’m starting to think they do it on purpose. I get tired of going back to have them fix it. An unfortunately I can’t just take it off it still makes me sick, so it went in trash and I won’t be returning to this location or any other Arby’s for a while. I wish they took dietary restrictions a little more serious. This happened on 11/3/24 apx 6:30pm
It is hard to believe that at age 72 I have been buying good roast beef sandwiches there since I was age 16 when they were named Roy Rogers Roast Beef. I like to go inside to order so I have little pressure of a customer behind me. Good food. Good service. If you go inside to order, remember to ring the bell on your way out to show your appreciation.
When I arrived at this Arby’s the workers were laying on the tables when I pulled up.
I assumed they had some on breaks but I had to get out and ask them to answer the drive through which means they weren’t on break. Then was extremely annoyed taking my order like I was bother him.
I got my order which was a small when I ordered a large. Even if it was a small there was like 4 fries in it, and they forgot something as well.
Staff was nice enough and responsive. I ordered a number 2 double. The fries were fine but both bites I had of the double roast beef had big chunks of gristle in it. I spit out both bites and didn't bother eating the rest of the sandwich. I finished the fries and left disappointed...
Every time I have came here they screw up my order or give me the wrong food. They screwed up not once but TWICE today and my husband had to go back up there and correct it. We should not have to check the bag due to your negligent employees. Also, if they say the sauce is in the bag, it is not and you will have to go back up there AGAIN to get it. Will not be returning to this location after today.
I had a large chocolate shake and 2 apple turnovers. The shake tasted watered-down and the apple turnovers were cold. I was disappointed.
Food was cold. Not even warm. Barley any cheese on my sandwich and the blonde in the drive thru seemed like she hated her life. Poor excuse for an Arby's. I eat out very rarely and this time it just wasn't worth it.
