Best WLM Reviews
Very clean and pleasant environment. I wish I had the managers name she was wonderful! She was training a new hire and she definitely has the patience and the demeanor for her position. Thank you guys.
Worst experience ever at Arby’s. Ordered a roast beef sandwich with crinkle fries- no salt. Received old fries twice that tasted like they were old and rubbery. They weren’t hot. Waste of my time and money. Staff didn’t care either and laughed at me about it.
Ended up throwing the fries out because they were disgusting.
Food was decent
It took me so long to place my order, and from my pov the young lady that was taking my order needed help and the lady that was helping (I'm assuming manager) was visibly upset I don't know why unless that's just her demeanor but as a person who works in the service industry just why the nasty attitude?
I paid and had to wait some more to get my food but there was no other cars in the DT and like 2 people in the lobby... Granted I had 1 chicken slider but you should always be prepared with a certain amount of items on hand at all times (I managed an arbys a few years ago I know how things should go)
That said if I'm having to wait that long for my food at least ensure that everything looks amazing and my fries aren't 1hr old dude
I love Arby's fries but heck that was gross...
To my understanding Arby's standards are pretty up there so idk why I got such bad food and service
I don't think I'll be coming back to this one as it's also not the first time this happens I just wanted to give them another shot and prove that I don't need to worry if imma get good service and food every time I go...
Sandwiches are not bad for what they are. They taste good and are priced ok. There is a bit of a wait on food, but at least it's fresh.
I ordered at the drive thru the Good Burger Combo around 9pm Wednesday Nov. 28th. Got home didn’t get a chance to eat til 11pm but I got half way thru and noticed it was a raw burger. I ended up missing work today because of food poisoning. I been calling the location since 10:30 this morning after throwing up etc all morning. I had to reach out to Arbys Coporate office, to even get help or speak to someone. I never miss work and today I missed work because of this! I spent damn near $30 just to throw my food away! All ima say is if certain food items are cooked fresh to order but takes 20-30 minutes to cook, yall honestly shouldn’t be selling it because that item needs more time on the grill. You know how many raw burgers y’all really selling! If your not a burger place like the other places where they have the presser or clamp for burgers especially thicker burgers or premium meat please don’t waste people time, money and health!
She was quick to place my order and had the food to me fresh in less than a minute. Definitely impressed!
Regular Roast beef sandwich ... the roast beef was full of fat and was many different colors-shades. Was afaid to eat and also couldnt because it was like chewing gum with so much fat. Only went there for the orange cream shake but the machine was broken. Wish I had taken the warning.
5 star review for the employee, Rob. He was fast, inviting and even down right entertaining while he made our order. Also got our order out in under 2 minutes.
