Seriously? I think this photo speaks for itself, the staff also wouldn't tell us our total for some reason? Needless to say, I would NOT recommend the Lincoln way Arby's.
Typical Arby's restaurant. Prices are ridiculous, but so then is everywhere else. Only makes sense if you can use a promotion or deal. Still happy with a classic roast beef loaded with Arby's and horsey sauce.
The lady answering the drive through tonight and yesterday has got to be the rudest person I’ve had to deal with. Like loose the attitude. if you can’t handle a drive thru order, don’t work. Won’t come back.
Went to the drive thru later in the evening and have not been inside.
That being said, the wait in the drive thru was about 20 min for us and 1 car in front of us. Meantime there where 4 employees walking around and up to the first window to look at the cars in the line and then going back to eating candy (young guy was opening candy packages and eating them while talking), young lady was on her phone, one older lady was actually working (she was observed pucking up trash and cleaning etc) and then an older guy that seemed to be staring at the monitor.
When we finally got to the window, one employee told us they had just run out beef, so it's getting crazy.
The food was just fine, normal for Arby's. Just would have been nice to be warned that it was going to be an extended wait due to their lack of materials.
Never get what you want, but never know what they are offering anymore. Said potato cakes online, but said they had none. And ordered crinkled fries for my kids that don't like curly, but received curly cold for all...... Disgusting
Normally I do not eat Arby’s but I like their crinkle fries and it’s really taste good and they have fish fillets. Also a good choice but you will not find the fish that round the year. this time we got it and enjoyed a lot of their sandwiches and varieties of sauces. their customer Service is good but their mobile application is not good enough if you compare with the other competitors .
Went here after a wrestling tournament, food was okay the service was great and the atmosphere was acceptable. When in line I saw dead moths like dude what the freak. Won’t come here again.
They could hardly hear me as I ordered at the drive-thru and I had to repeat my entire order 3 times. There was only one other car in the drive-thru, but they somehow gave me the wrong order. I immediately went inside and they gave me my original order and let me keep the other one I got for free, since they can't take it back. The roast beef in the sandwiches was a little dry and grainy.
I've had problems ordering from this Arby's location in the evenings. Raw beef, suspiciously green-colored beef, bad attitudes, etc. The lunch team is usually more careful and friendly.
