Sat in line for 17 mins in the drive thru, I called the store to see if perhaps the machines were down or there was an issue if the food production.
Called three times and they picked up on the third call. The Sassy lady gave me a toss of attitude.
Sheets is across the road, heading there. Not worth the wait. If you are in Sanford and don’t a lot of service you would think they would increase their service rate.

I ran by the drive thru to pick up supper on my way home from my 2nd job-- (14hr day) I paid for my order and the cashier asked me to pull up while they prepared my meal fresh and I gladly followed the instructions given. Within minutes of pulling up/parking the manager came out to my car to inform me that they were out of burgers the rest of the night. With apologies, he told me that he could give me a replacement sandwich or refund my money. I had had a day, overwhelmed by one more thing going south for the day, I busted out crying (poor thing was not prepared for my response) he felt so bad but I explained that I had had a bad day. He replaced my burger with a chicken sandwich and handed me 2 cards for a free meal for any inconvenience. I really appreciate the extra mile he went to to help fix a situation beyond his control and I greatly appreciated his kindness at a time that I needed it most. ❤️
It took nearly 35 mins at the drive thru to get food on a very slow Saturday night 11/2/2024. My order was still not complete when it was brought to the window. At 9pm they were out of over 5 items on the menu. The sandwich I ordered came with French onion sauce. I had to ask for it, and it was extremely hot when I received it! This restaurant is totally different during the daytime hours. I truly believe the staff needs adult supervision in the evenings on the weekends.
Online order. No french fries, had to check order and ask for them. No sauces, specifically asked for in order. NONE. They weren't busy, just a bunch of goof offs who didn't care. Worst Arby's experience.
They welcomed me as I came through the door. My food was ready quickly. Nice staff and nice atmosphere.
Just got off work and the wife pick me up today so I asked if she wanted something to eat before we headed home tonight and she had said yes ( of course ). I really wasn't in the mood to deal with people but I have to say the drive through cashier was actually very polite and professional and you can even say a little bubbly. It was very pleasant after dealing with a bunch of stuff with work. So yes I would say Arby's in Sanford is a good spot to pick up something to eat after a long day. I can't remember the cashier's name Friday night after 6:30 but thank you for the pleasant experience. And yes my wife did enjoy her food
This is the only Arby's locally. Every time I go it's never a different experience. I have had no issues with them yet. Drive thru is fast and indoors is fast. The staff is friendly and quick to attend to your needs.
Ordered a crispy fish sandwich and a large curly fries. They skimped on the tarter sauce and I guess it had lettuce. There was so little of it I'm unsure if any was there. The large fry I received was more like a medium. See the photo. Slightly disappointed. Seems like all Arby's locations are starting to slack on quality.
