Spent $42.00 on 4 sandwiches a wrap and 3 fries. Fries were cold out the store. Asked specifically if all food was in bag I was assured it was. Got home wrap was missing so had to go back. Even if the sandwiches weren't cold when I got them they were by the time I got to eat. The wrap was someone's dinner so I had to go back to get it. Really a frustrating experience
Honestly, gross. That family that is void from that little discount watch their loved one leave the house every day and hope they’ll make it home. First responders risk their life every day regardless of which title they have, and they should absolutely be allowed to use that little 10% discount on a night out with their family, because it probably isn’t something they even get to do often. Come on Arby’s, do better, this is gross. Made me never want to come here again, and I won’t.
About a year ago I had a order that was incorrect and also missing multiple items, I reached out and was told I would be refunded but never was, I told myself I would never do business here again but today, against my better judgement, I did. I waited forever in line over 1 truck that could have been asked to pull forward while they waited for their order and then received my order with no napkins, no straws, no ranch I asked for, 2 large fries only half full with cold fries and a sloppy carelessly assembled sandwich and a poorly made turkey wrap. This location is dirty and no one there gives a crap about quality. ZERO EFFORT put into anything. I made the mistake of coming here for a second time and I absolutely won't ever do it again.
Went thru drive thru & ordered 2 #7 smoked brisket sandwiches and 1 large well done curly fries. Got to the window to be charged $12. ? Then got my food bag with ONLY one sandwich. I asked and paid for another sandwich and reached in the bag for a hot well done curly fries, The fries are cold & now have a line behind me. I take the other sandwich & cold fries @ $20 plus for a NastyMeal.
I won’t be back! ????????. ( 2nd visit & food was good on the 1st order but same deal w/ can’t hear the order)
Our cashier was one of the sweetest people I've ever met! She was attentive, efficient, friendly and made us feel welcomed. The food was good, too!
Food cold, ordered fried mac and cheese. Didn't get. Asked for hoarsey and arby sauces. Received 2 packs of arby sauce for 3 sandwiches
Trying Arby’s new $5 6 Piece Boneless Buffalo Wings! I’m picky when it comes to my wings, especially boneless. If you love spicy wings these are definitely for you! This location is sometimes a hit or miss depending on what you order because they miss sauces all the time but their wings are so yummy! Highly suggest if you have a thing for wings
Place was pretty clean, employees were nice there was a slight mishap with my tenders but the manager gave me a free meal card for next time so cant complain. Thank yall for a great experience
