First, we had to wait with no line in the drive thru. Second, the cashier acted like she was in a bad mood and didn't want to be there to leave home drama at home. Third, I ordered a classic roast beef with cheddar and didn't get it. I also ordered a French dipp and didn't get any dipping sauce. What a joke Arby's in Thomasville ga has come not happy with them
Changing my review to a 4 star. I went today for lunch, was hesitant but so glad I went because that #4 was on point and absolutely delicious! ????
I truly enjoyed eating here a couple months ago. And would have given it 5 stars then, but the last few weeks have been rather disappointing. On multiple occasions they run out of the same things.. Certain types of buns and the jalapeno poppers seem to run out often. Sometimes drive thru is closed, sometimes the lobby is closed, and then sometimes like yesterday 2-20-24 afternoon both are closed with no sign/explanation just employees walking around cleaning I guess from what it looked like. Just truly inconsistent and it's an inconvenience. Today was the first time I actually got buffalo sauce with the nuggets I ordered so that was a plus last 4 times it was forgotten.
Also the fries portion today 2-21-24 was pathetic, highly dissatisfied on that part. The last two times I've ordered the #4 smoked brisket sandwich the crispy onions were forgotten, a different cheese is being used, plus the bread having to be substituted for seeded or onion bread really changes the flavor of a once favorite sandwich of mine. And not a good change. ????????????????
The most average of fast food interactions you can imagine. The staff wasn't neither friendly or rude, the food was half good half blah, the atmosphere is always drab and dark (also dirty) so be prepared for that. Will say potato cakes are the best thing because they always have to cook them fresh since they never have any.
Meal as whole was very disappointing.
Sandwich had very little cheese on it. With "Chedder" being part of the name of the name, I expected more
The "Curly" fries were broken up into little pieces and cool. Like they were scraping the bottom of the bin.
The shake was only half mixed up. In a clear cup, it was easy to see.
I always get the half pound of roast beef with shredded lettuce and tomato. Can't forget that Arby's sauce. Ordered with a side of curly fries with a cup of cheddar.
Time and time again, courtesy is a part of some customer's reaction in a restaurant that is supposed to be the invite of sitting down to dinner. But with some of Arby's employees that show how they live at home, it doesn't show any type of cleanliness while on Arby's time. It is appalling to see such a "once upon a time" roast beef restaurant be turned into just a "hang out".
We order a crispy chicken and 2 out of 3 was fast and hot.
Someone was cleaning the floor he was scrubbing the floor and I liked that because some fast food is so dirty.
Heavy set lady at drive through was rude as hell for no reason. Called and asked to speak to the manager, she said it was her and I told her she acted stank as hell and hung up. Have no more time her attitude!
