Ordered through DoorDash and of course none of the sauces that I ordered were in the bag. I spent extra money on each item ordered, paid all the fees AND had to pay a tip. But yet can’t even eat my food. Sick and tired of being screwed over. Do better.
Shrink-flation is here. I gotta French dip and it looked like it was in a hotdog bun. The dip was watered down and I had about a hotdog sized portion of meat rolled in the bun. Will I be coming back? Nope. I'm not supporting any business doing this crap.
Still some of the least expensive fast food around! Try the turnovers for desert too! Used to also ???????????????? the Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies before they started coming prepackaged; but now that they do, they're nowhere nearly as good.????
The guy was sitting inside the store on his phone while a line was building behind us, waiting for him to say or do something. We got there at 10:30 and the drive-through closess at 11.
Everything was horrible!! From the customer service to the food ! Worst place to go to eat or dine out!! Need better workers & management!! Stay far away from this place!!
Service is usually really good. Hate the roast beef, but the Reuben is really, really good. Prices are unusually lower than so many other takeout places -- always a nice surprise.
What ever happen to the ham and Swiss cheese very disappointed. I ordered a regular beef with Swiss cheese and she charged me 7.95 what??? She got the Manger and I explained I just wanted a reg.beef with Swiss cheese. She took care of me and got me the right order and refunded me my money.She didn't say much no sorry just ok and gave me my money.I thanked her twice.
As seen on TV, we ordered two original fish sandwiches, 1 crispy fish sandwich and one spicy crispy fish sandwich. The only choice was Crispy so we got 4 sandwiches. We were disappointed since we wanted to try all. We also ordered a large curly seasoned fries. They charged extra for the cheese but neglected to mention there was an extra charge.
