What can you say about Arby's? Expect the burger is really good. I was surprised about how good it is. I also got a regular roast beef, which was average.
Customer service wasn't bad, a little slow, but she was very friendly.
Lol they were out of lettuce so they took off 3 dollars but the drinks were both watered tf down no carbonation and the fries weren't even enough to even come close to filling the container . Ridiculous af and then don't pick up the phone lol
NASTY! You know, I guess there is a reason there are not many options to choose from for "fast" food in Downtown Dayton! The restrooms the rats wouldn't even use; the wait was about 12 minutes after the order was placed; the curly fries looked like they were made a week ago; the mozzarella sticks even had a bad taste... oh, and it's called windex and Paper towels-CLEAN YOUR DRIVE-THROUGH WINDOW! Better yet, just CLOSE!
SO... People make the difference! I'm not really sure what's going on with Arby's!? Their menu has improved, their food quality has increased, and my last multiple location visits have been GREAT! Food improvement ???? has made a huge impact, and I am sure it has increased business!?
I stopped at this location because it was the closest Arby's to my Hotel and I couldn't believe what condition the of it. The AC was not working and it had to be 90+ degrees in the lobby. I was the only customer and had to wait wait longer than expected for my order. Loud rap music playing and employees who were clearly waiting for their shift to end. The Mgr was sitting in the freezer to cool off. Shame on ownership to treat employees this way. This location is in need of major upgrades or closed. Certainly not a good advertisement for Arby's.
This place needs to close. Everyone who works here is upset, the inside looks like it hasn't been cleaned since 1985. I've never been somewhere where the staff is consistently rude and aggressive. I don't usually complain like this but man, it blows my mind how bad it is. Just close this location so something else can move in
The fried turkey sandwich did not look like the picture and didn't taste good. 2 meals were 31.00. Way to expensive!
I went there to get food after going to a music festival yesterday and the av was broken, all tables were dirty, they didn't give me a lid and straw? The lady also was very weird and obviously looked like she didn't want to be there. Gave them the name wyatt and she put down "watt" as the name didn't even try and omg the food, it was cold, the potato cakes were gross, the mozzarella sticks felt like rubber, and we both have food poisoning. DO NOT GO THERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR UR STOMACH WILL HATE YOU AND SO WILL UR TOILET
Need to clean bathrooms nasty smells the ceiling panels look water damage theyre arent very friendly at all were the customers!!! Way too pricey in the meals of what you get the new cheeseburgerdont get dead cow dry no flavor wraps are nasty throne together way too much sauce not enough meat!! Really disappointing make it right ????
