We were in the literal 20th hour of a 26 hour non-stop half the Country road trip! The person operating the drive-thru kept asking, "Are you ready yet" while we were trying to order. Then said to just pull up to the window.
They were standing inside talking until they opened the window to hand us our food and drinks.
My cheddar roast beef sandwich was not like any kind of Arbys I've ever seen!
The staff were friendly but the fries were terrible. If I hadn’t just spent 9 hours in the saddle I would have returned them. I was ready for some sleep and that was more important. The sandwiches were fine.
This location in Gardner, KS really is great! I'm experience with them is amazing VS.other locations. We use them weekly commercially and personally. Food is always as expected, and service is above average. Thanks for being awesome!
WHOLE CHICKEN WAS RAW! I got the Diablo Sandwich and it was absolutely disgusting! Took 3 bites and realized I am having to pull hard to take a bite and it felt weird in my mouth and spit it out and looked at my sandwich and notices it was completely raw all through out the middle!! Never buying from this place again HOW DISGUSTING! If I could give 0 starts I would!
Ordered a French dip and got no sauce for it. Was asked if I wanted any sauces and asked for Arbus sauce. Got none. The brisket sandwich for me husband was not worth the price. And I wouldn’t be upset but how are you gonna give me a French dip sandwich without the dip? The sandwich in the pictures was $7 just for the sandwich and this is what it is.
Terrible fries. Ordered a medium. Got them home. Got the last in the bottom of the barrel. And I asked for Arby's sauce. God
I had the crispy fish sandwich and was pleasantly surprised. It was fresh and hot. The fish was a nice flaky whitefish, and the tartar was good too, not overly sweet like some. I will definitely order this again.
The gentleman that works the window is always so kind and my dogs love his "special" pup cups! My order is always correct and the food is always fresh.
