This is one place in Delaware that is pretty quick on getting you through the line or getting you out of the dining. I have always had fresh food and I've been going there probably at least 7 years or more and maybe they've gotten something wrong on my meal once. So you really can't complain pretty laid back and quiet inside. I like their gyros really well
I don't like to leave negative reviews but one time is whatever ...but multiple times? It is ridiculous!!
I have ordered from this location a handful of times now. And I kid you not, literally EVERY single time they forget to give me one or more of my items and I always have to go back. Last night they forgot THREE of my items. And I was a pickup order, I stood there patiently long past when it was supposed to be ready, they weren't even slammed and the guy still didn't put all my food in the bag?! I went back up to get my missing items and the large fry they missed, when he gave me the missing fry....the container wasn't even full it was such a rip off.
Also quality isn't great they slap it together, it's a mess. My husband got a buffalo chicken slider, it was the smallest slapped together mess, buns all smashed and hardly any buffalo on it.
My beef cheddar sandwich i swapped swiss for cheddar, i put no cheddar. They put both on it? Lol and there was cheddar literally everywhere it was so messy to try to eat.
Just really need to make sure they are double checking orders and caring at all about the quality of food they are serving.
My advice, Always check your bag before you leave!
Nate the manager was an absolute delight. Give him a $1,000,000 raise. The food, especially this buffalo chicken sandwich was absolutely breathtaking. I think if the world was ending, this is where I'd have my final meal.
Had to wait for fresh potato cakes not a problem not a long wait. Had to return to window after getting my order. Sauces I had asked for not in bag. Don't forget to ask for napkins next time.
We did not get 4 of our items!! I called the restaurant, they admitted it was their mistake. Their only solution was to tell me to contact Doordash. I said all they can do is give me credit. The guy said, sorry, but there is nothing he can do. Horrible customer service!!
Fries n potato cakes cold n old. They made fresh for us. Thanks for at least making it right. Shouldn't have served the old stuff
I wanted a good Roast Beef sandwich with some fries for lunch. That took me to Arby's here in Delaware. There were loads of signs with specials for overloaded meals. So I told a fellow what I wanted. In two minutes I had my lunch. A fresh, real roast beef sandwich with Arby Horsey Sauce. Arby's curly fries were hot and crunchy. I had my lunch at a clean table and left very satisfied.
Talked to the Manager, was rude, made me wait forever on some fries, when asked for more fries for the wait she said I can pay for it !!! If I could give no stars I would ...arbys your cheap! You need to retrain your managers about customer service !
