This Arby's has great food, as always, and the staff is always extremely nice to me, even when they're busy. They are always fast and efficient with my orders, even with the store being packed with customers. I would definitely recommend this place to eat and I love that there's still a bell to ring when leaving if you enjoy the service, which I almost always ring. I included a picture of the bell that you can ring.
I absolutely love their regular Roast Beef sandwiches and their Beef 'N Cheddar sandwiches and Arby's Sauce is probably my favorite sauce on the planet. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that loves roast beef.
EDIT: I've been going back and just went back recently and the service is still great, the food is still great, and the staff is still friendly. I love this place.
Every time I use the drive thru they always leave something out of my order and they have to ask me three or 4 times what I'm saying. The drive thru really needs to be updated. It doesn't work right and I very rarely go here because it's much more hassle to deal with cause I always have to go inside to fix my order and if the inside is closed I have to go all the way back to the back of the drive thru line and fight the same thing with the drive thru person not being able to hear or understand what I'm saying!
The only good fast food establishment I've been to in Dyersburg. Food is always good and service is usually pretty great.
I am a doordash driver and I had been waiting over 20 minutes before someone else comes to me and tells me they don't have roast beef for the customers order. The person at front counter should have told me this when I told him what order I was there to pick up. But he didn't just said the order would be a minute. Very bad service in my opinion.
It's not very often you walk into a fast food chain and hear CHRISTIAN music!!! The food was fresh, service was great and it was clean. Great job! Keep it up ❤️
When we got there service was fine but it toke 1 hour 30mins to get the food and I work as a cook and we don't pre cook stack we cut and cook it bye are self and it don't take no more then 20mins for 4 people to get get stack and more stuff so get new cooks.
I'm a fan of Arby's, and this one was decent. Good value, tasty curly fries, and super friendly service. Things I didn't love: large fries were indiscernibly different than medium, and the whole restaurant was out of napkins (weird, right?).
The lie and say they are out of burgers went every night at 1030 when I got off work and tried to order a burger every single time they said they are frozen or they don’t have any. The one in Dyersburg to. They are lay and should be fired.. I don’t wanna sound like a Karen but do the damn job you signed up to get payed to do. Imagine if your power went out at night and all the lineman lineman said we don’t really feel like fixing it or lied about why they couldn’t or a doctor with surgery..
