The inside was very clean. The service was fast and friendly. I ordered the roast beef sandwich it was juicy and delicious.
Service was slow. If it takes 10 plus minutes in the drive thru. You should expect your order to be correct. Hot fries, cold drinks. Maybe some empathy. The burgers were overcooked. The fries were cold. It cost just under 35 bucks. Waste of money to business that doesn't seem to care. Not about the people who spend their money or the product. Too the staff if you are having a bad day. We all have them. Do your work and complain when it is slow or on your break.
Indian man yelled at young kid the whole time I waited 10 minutes at the window just to get a fry that is half full. Very disappointed.
Desmond was absolutely wonderful. They were out of a lot of items due to the hurricane but he was so accommodating and respectful. I will not go to any other location now!
I highly would suggest reading this post… I went to this location after a long day at work, I love Arby’s but after this experience I do not know if I will ever go back to another one…. Disgusting ????
Chicken Sandwich and Fries.. I told the Manager to drop and cook everything fresh, looks like they served me a uncooked chicken sandwich , called corporate and they should be f/u the case…. If this was done to me, it’s no telling what can be done to you who’s reading… I highly suggest going to a different Arby’s at another location

I forgot to state that on the night that this event taken place I called corporate, the operator stated that he noted the situation in the system!!! It has been 2wks , I was sick after eating here, the pictures reveals it all… I highly suggested that you whose reading DO NOT GO to the location horrible, I called the manager too she hasn’t even offered a refund nor redo the order that I’ve placed…. On the night that this happened I was starving coming from an 8hr shift job…. This is officially ridiculous!!
Home of the awesome. This place is my favorite. Great food, great service. Can't beat it. I have never gotten an order I was not supposed to. Overall better than most chains.
Got a hamburger deluxe to go, burger was fair but nothing to brag on. The one's on tv looks a lot larger, it was a $4.50 or maybe a $5 burger but nothing more, don't believe I will be going back. The service was mighty slow.
Roast beef, c'mon. I've enjoyed Arby's since they got to Columbia in the 70's in Cayce SC.
This week was near their Lake Murray Blvd. shop. I saw the window poster 2 beef n cheddar for $6. Best value on their menu. Ate both, had to run. Staff was helpful when I asked for Swiss instead, no extra charge.
