Service was ok the girl was very pleasant. They had the air conditioner on it was very cold so our food was cold before we got to our table and we couldn't enjoy it cause it was around 20 degrees in the building. I ordered curly fries got about 5 in my order and because it was so cold I couldn't even drink my soda
A coworker and I stopped in here to grab something while we're heading home to Arkansas.. so we're riding in a truck. I pay 12 dollars before tax for a sandwich that I have to take apart and remake after each bite cause it's so messy. The store was very clean, and the employees weren't rude or anything but they obviously didn't care about how they prepared the food.
They seem to run out of roast beef more than expected. For some reason the floor is always sticky. The service is always fast and friendly. Tables and bathrooms are normally clean. Never had a wrong order from them.
Been there twice in the last couple weeks
Food was old and cold. My bun was so hard I couldn’t chew it and my fries weren’t even done. First time I thought maybe they were having a bad day decided to go back today same story so I went back and asked how long my food had been sitting under the heat lamp and they said only 10 minutes. I don’t think so and they weren’t even busy I was the only one in line.

The only reason it's a 2/5 instead of lower is because Jessica was very pleasant and kind. My jalapeno poppers and mozz sticks were hanging over the vat. My order was to go. ALL Mozz sticks, curly fries and jalapeno poppers were ICE COLD. As you can see in the picture, it was old enough that everything separated and it was NASTY!!! Every time I think I can come back and give it another shot, THIS HAPPENS!! I spent a few dollars shy of 50.00 and I received OLD and COLD good!!!
Forgot half my meal , had to drive 20 min out of my way for a correction.
They were all gossiping and talking , waited 10 min for my fix.
Place needs cleaned.
I dropped in with a bus full of hungry teens. They took our orders & got it correct! Time was about what you would expect...not too bad at all.
1 star just to leave a comment. First the young lady that took our order had a big smile .and friendly attitude. She should have 3 stars. But the food, well you can see the picture. Women's bathroom was gross. And as many people that were standing around chatting the eating area really should have been cleaner. The bell got rung because well my son is 7 .and thought it was cool.
