Order was incorrect, but told them that was okay to save time for both parties. The food turned out to be an atrocity, like it had explode with unnecessary sauce.
Counter person was absent for 4 or 5 minutes after we walked in. Witnessed other people experience a longer wait. The food was poorly built. Dining room floor was filthy, as were the tables. The drink station was sticky, and apparently they do not offer iced tea. The Counter person did not offer to get us lemonade which was very clearly being advertised but was not an option at the drink station.
Response to owner: I feel like my review was fairly detailed. I love that all of your responses feel copied and pasted. Identical reviews for the last 6 months, and the owner just tries to get you to go to his website. Nothing has changed.
Kelton, our server, provided excellent service. The food was delivered promptly. However, the quality of the food was disappointing. The buffalo sliders lacked sufficient buffalo sauce, and the strawberry lemonade was mostly ice with minimal flavor. Be sure to ask for little ice.
Customer service was awful. My sandwich was thrown together and all over the place. The remake wasn't remade. They just handed the same slop of a mess right back to me after becoming defensive about remaking it. Poor management, awful service, not to mention dirty bathrooms. Just all around unpleasant experience.
Great food but we only got two of the four meals we ordered correct.
I wanted the loaded Italian sandwich which is on the menu and they said they don't have it. Then I wanted the double BBQ bacon and they said they don't do doubles. If you don't have something then take it off the menu!

food seems fine but bathrooms look like a bar bathroom, tables, floor, drink counter are disgusting
Went to the drive through and the guy yelled at me for not saying that I had a coupon. Will not be going back again.
