Got my order wrong twice in the same visit! Fry's are old and cold and the roast beef is old and burnt. Refer to the picture I took of the food I received before you stop it this Arby's. Disgusting! It is worth the extra drive to go to a different location for sure!
UPDATED REVIEW:
After a very frustrating interaction with a manager in this store I can say that I'll never return. Instead, I drive across the bridge to spend $30-$40 an order because they are much more pleasant, much more willing to make the customer happy. Maybe a district manager should find out why a loyal Arby's customer has to drive to a different county to get their order right.
The music is terrible, lol. However... the service more than makes up for it. There has never been an occasion that we have been there and Madeline has not given us top notch service. I drive across town to use this location.
Never disappoints. The cashier was super friendly today. I love the group and the chicken sandwich, but can't go wrong with the regular roast beef. Plus the line is much shorter than that chicken place next to it . ????
Do not get the chicken slider.. the bread was hard as a rock and the chicken was so dry it was inedible. It's only a dollar but it should be edible at the bare minimum. I feel like Arby's just stole my dollar.
Worst experience for fast food ever. $10 for 3 chicken tenders and the same amount of fries. Waiting 15 minutes AFTER paying at the drive thru. Do NOT go here!!!!
I have went to this arbys twice when in Wilmington and both times the food was not good at all. Both times the meat was cold and dried out on the brisket sandwich like it had been sitting out for hours. The coke tasted like pure syrup both times. The second time I came they had me wait for fresh fries but when I got them half of the box was fresh and the other half old and not warm even the slightest. For a 14.00 meal I would expect at least semi decent food. Will not return.
Erin, in drive thru, was the first happy person I have come across in the industry in a very long time. I don't mean fake happy, or even limited to fast food, I mean in any restaurant in or near Wilmington over the last year! I almost didn't know how to react, it had been so long since I came across someone who didn't hate their job.

Nobody came to the front to take my order. I saw people standing on the size on their phones. I truned and walked out.
Didn't get to eat. McDonald's....
