Best WLM Reviews
It's kind of depressing to come here now. This was previously a shared location with Ling John Silver's in the other half of the building, but LJS is closed and that half of the restaurant is dark and deserted now. Really weird. Anyways, the workers were friendly but it took a long time to get our food and there wasn't anyone else waiting for food besides the drive-thru. The restaurant was clean enough inside but the parking lot was a bit dirty. Our food was pretty good but the new loaded fries were gross. ( Barbecue sauce on them was not good. ) My wife had a milkshake and it was really good.
These guys deserves a break.
Anthony is the best team leader.
My wife ordered Gyro beef which was too salty. Anthony took the high road and offered to replaced with fish sticks.
Fish sticks were made of real fish and savory.

Friendly staff and appropriate speed. Very nice lobby seating. Had a coupon for free gyro, favorite from there. Could've been 5 but they put tomatoes on when selected off.
Had the pleasure of stopping at this Arbys while traveling. The staff were amazingly efficient, helpful and kind. The service was quick and the food great.
I'm reading reviews in my car before work, close to this arbys. Was really wanting arbys for dinner (which is why I'm reading these reviews).
Not getting it for dinner now, and not just the reviews, but the automated response to every review, whether good or bad. I get capitalism, but man, so many other food places have actual responses to reviews from people, actual humans, not a generated response.
If I could give NO stars I would!! Drive thru boy was clearly aggy and had a terrible attitude. I ordered my food 4 piece chicken strip, a medium fries and drink. He charged me 18.00 and when I asked so much he had my order incorrect. He doesn't apologize just walked away from the window and never came back! Another lady came to help me. I requested a manger and she was of no help. My toddler grandson could have eaten that little bit of food
They told me I had to come inside instead of picking up my mobile order at the drive thru because I just ordered it. Not a huge deal, but I was in a hurry and don't see how it matters when I ordered it.
I went to eat at this restaurant I was in the line waiting to be attended this person arrives and passes it first than me and then how I treat myself not very friendly then instead of giving me my card in hand he put it in the cauntel for me to take it . I felt treated like rasismo and that is not right this is a restaurant where many nationalities come to eat that hurts that there are people like that, Although the potatoes and the mozarelas were cold I went and asked for new ones and they changed them quickly and the sandwish did not look good but it was fresh and tasty and the manager came to my table offered an apology. Thank you for being so attentive to your customers.
