Just went the drive thru and the girl working the window was very rude. Not professional at all... ordered with a coupon and ordered a large curly fry. Got the sandwiches but not the curly fry. Went inside to get my curly fry the same girl saying to me I never ordered a curly fry. I don't understand because why would I exit my vehicle to come inside to get a curly fry. Again this girl needs to be trained properly on better customer service. Clearly she has not been trained.
The drive thru was a bit backed up, so I went inside to order. The store was clean, the counter attendant was friendly, the service was very fast and my food was handed to me as if I was an important customer. I appreciate that AND you have Coke products, which I love. I will definitely be back soon!
Absolutely the best fast food in Pickens. Never a disappointment. My husband and I love your cheddar melts and smokehouse brisket sandwiches and your Amazing fries. Thank you for your ALWAYS outstanding service.
Thought I would try the burgers Arby’s was selling. Woman at counter said after I asked if they gave military discount. Showed her my ID. She Rand up order and I paid. No military discount. She had to re do the order. I said I wanted burger well done and the other like what was on the menu. I asked how if they marked the well done burger. No. Both were well done. It was perfectly clear the woman at the counter could care less about her job. She acted as though it was below her to be there working. That was obvious. Not sure of her name, she was tall and heavy set with a bun on top of her head. June 20 around 2:00 PM. I’ve been eating there for years, she cured me. Guess good help is hard to find because she was not good help. I hate it because I eat there a lot.
Very rude. I ordered 8 roast beef. Had a coupon 4 for 10. They o ly gave me 4 then tried to charge me full price for my other 4 because they used coupon already. But I ordered 8 and they messed up. They fixed that then gave me 3 sauce packs for 8 sandwich’s. I asked for more and they said it would cost extra. I stated I had 8 sandwiches. They basically threw the rest of sauce at the car.
I can see why this location only has 3.8 stars. The last time I visited this location, there was hardly any meat on my beef and cheddar.
Today, I decided to give them a second chance. I ordered a Reuben. There was hardly any meat on it! Since Arby's advertises that they have the meats I'd like to know what they did with the meat that was supposed to go on my sandwiches. Seven dollars is a lot of money to spend on a sandwich doesn't have any meat.
They only got two stars because they got the order right.
Very clean. Was surprised to see the new menu items, will go back to try. Wish they would bring back the 5 for $5 RB sandwiches.
Ordered 3 double meat meals 2 curly fries just asked for plain roast beef got 1 with cheese 2 with bbq sauce left out 1 of the curly fries didn't really get anything I ordered right there was not even 1 other car in line and they screwed it up that bad
