I was really happy we tried this location. We had stopped going to Arbys because the location on the East side rarely got any order correct. The 3 cheese roast beef was really good. I'd never tried it before & was pleasantly surprised. The kids like the ham & cheese sliders. The onion rings were really good, cook perfectly and fresh. The staff was friendly & fairly quick. Now for the bad, the curly fries were not good. They were under cooked, old & cold. It was like biting into cold grease bombs. Usually the curly fries are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and hot all the way through. The one we got, were none of those things.
I don't know if I should really have rated the atmosphere because we went through the drive-thru. The outside was clean but a tight fit with an SUV. The service was good. The food was fresh, hot & tasty.My daughter LOVES their mozzarella sticks. I would recommend this Arby's to people whether they're going through the drive-thru or dining in. I have been in this one before with my family, and it was clean . The people were friendly, and the food was good.
Made an online order and it was incorrect
Missing 2 ketchup packets napkins and removal of Arby's red sauce on both orders

answer from the shop! Finally got a an answer after calling four times, and the so-called “manager” clearly only cares to cover his own ass. Claims to “make all the food himself” if that’s the case FIRE HIM IMMEDIATELY! ????????????????
I followed and tracked the delivery driver and it was ice cold when he picked it up guaranteed. He was “in line” for almost 15 minutes just to pick up our order and unfortunately for Arby’s, I’ve been there done that and they aren’t busy enough for it to be this cold. Fries were undercooked and overcooked since we got two different orders of fries. The only thing I can say is that the ice in our drink was fresh.
Which makes it even worse!
On our trip from Wisconsin we visited on Tuesday the 13th for lunch and were very pleased. For being in a bit "sketchier" part of town, the restaurant was very clean and kept up well. This seems to be a rarity in most fast food restaurants nowadays. I usually don't leave reviews for fast food, but I was surprised by the place and the staff deserves recognition.
I have never gone back to this restaurant saying my order was wrong. They are on top!! Great service, one of the best fast food!
Manager took 10 mins to take my order. Kept yelling at his employees. The fish was ridiculously small compared to the picture. No tartar sauce. My kids got kids meals and received no toys. My sons chicken tenders were so old and hard he couldn’t even eat them. Get your act together! Will be going elsewhere from now on!
I order cheddar roast beef and as you can see, cheese and sauce all over the bun and wrapper. Hardly anything on the sandwich. Very disappointed
