A wonderful experience! Great atmosphere! Employees who are
happy to be a part of a great team. Hot fresh food! Tables, floors, drinks, sauce bar, and restrooms ???? are clean and stocked with the essentials. Everything is handicap ♿️ accessible! Way to go, Arby's in Angola IN.
Placed an order at the drive thru today during lunch. I had a coupon and ordered 3 burger meals and crispy chicken meal. Was told that I'd be given the total at the window yet was not given a total and was then told that I couldn't get a receipt either. I asked about the price and was told that it was " about $38-$39 dollars". That didn't seem right so he asked another person ( maybe manager? Not sure but she was a little huffy) to help him get a receipt. He provided it to me with the correctly charged amount. I want to state that the cashier was polite during the whole thing.
Arrived home( 25 minutes away) , opened sandwiches and they were very sloppy. One of the buns was so soggy that my husband didn't eat it.
Just not a great experience.
Was the worst the manger in Angola when went got food in the drive throw was nasty af not asked me but wanted money when we didn't did wanted he want said thanks for helping u didn't say free sammie but got mad
Got my turkey n Swiss and Kevin always makes sure it's good and is very personable and friendly. I used to work here and glad to see the food is just as good as I remember. Keep up the great work Kevin
I've lived in Angola for 5 years and I have NEVER received a correct order, there is always something missing...even after challenging the staff to double check...that place is pathetic, and I will NOT be going back...save your $$$ folks, it's not worth it!
Let’s talk about costumer service, or lack there of. After a simple drive through order of a meal, 5 sliders, a large curly fry, and a large jalapeño bite. When we got to the window after taking our card Trey asked what our order was. Then after asking if our large curly fry was in the bag that we always had he said they didn’t have them ready. It gets good here…. After looking in the bag and realizing that there were only 3 of the 5 there my wife walked into the store. It was at this point she was heated with hostility, Trey told her he didn’t like her attitude when she pointed out they did not in fact have our order correct. Then the “manager” put her hands on Trey’s shoulders to hold him back. So we are clear my wife is 5’2” so has I actually walked in the store I believe Trey would have been a little more respectful. When asking for a refund they didn’t even refund the full amount because “she did not order 5 sliders”. Except bank records don’t lie and I would like all of my money that is owed. This will be addressed further!
Only one word sums up my answer if I would eat here again: No.
The food isn't good, the chicken is hard as heck to eat, the brisket was drier than the Sahara Desert, and the last time I came, the fountain pop machine basically broke and gave me carbonated water to drink, which tasted utterly awful.
3 strikes and you're out, Arby's. I'd rather go to McDonalds next door! At least they don't disappoint me anywhere as much as you have.
Went through the drive thru the other day...service was fine. Although I'm at a loss as to why it seems like every drive thru I use I inevitably get asked to "pull forward" as I have to wait for something. (I feel this is an excuse for the employees to improve their serve times, as they are essentially getting me off the timer. And to me that seems awfully akin to lying to their corporate.)
Anyway, I digress. The food was okay. Pecan chicken salad seemed a bit slim on the salad and was a bit overwhelmed by the bread. But what was there was tasty. My issue, and the reason they only deserve 2 stars for my latest visit is because I ordered for 2. Two meals (2 sandwhiches, a Lg curly, a Md onion ring) along with an additional side (8 pc jalepeños) with 2 dipping sauces, 4 packets of horsey sauce...all crammed into ONE bag. Can you guess where this is heading?
Get home, unload from the truck, bag splits down the side, and everyone's food is now all on the dirt driveway.
What we actually got to eat was okay...the rest was a total loss. (Except for the dog, he had a great time eating the dirt covered sides.)
All because I'm assuming that after spending over $21 for 2 people to buy the food from this establishment someone was either too lazy or too cheap to divide things into 2 bags to avoid the catastrophe of losing our meals. Very disappointing. And it should have been rather obvious to the staff.
