$12 and 30 minutes wait at drive in with only 2 cars ahead of me when I drove in. At Jenks you’re trapped and can’t leave once you’re in line. i ordered the new Chicken Bacon Ranch, curly fries and a Coke. The sandwich was cold( sat too long) and all I got was about 1/2 cup of ENDS of Curly fries. What’s up with this??? I love Arby’s but don’t plan to go to the Jenks location again.
The service was great, the fries ???? were great but the roast beef barely had any roast beef. I have ate at a lot of Arby's and I have NEVER got one where there was barely meat. I literally had several bites of just sauce and bread.
Understaffed restaurant. Waiting on the drive-thru person to come over and take our order. Order two fried chicken sandwiches. One was freshly cooked, the other had been sitting in a warming bin for at least 20 minutes or more. I should have took the sandwich back and ordered a fresh one. After biting
into it twice I figured it was too late. Wilted lettuce. Cold fries ????. Many years ago I was a manager for McDonald's. The quality of food has dropped. I understand why these fast food restaurants are going under. They do not have the right people.
Great service from Trent. Made sure we had the sauces we needed, asked if I wanted a water since I didn't order a drink. Place was clean, fun Christmas decor.
Our last experience at this location was bad. I submitted feedback and was told I would receive coupons to make up for it. So, even though I haven't received any coupons, we decided to try again. Such a Bad idea. This is ridiculous, and I have pictures attached. I got a Market Fresh Turkey Bacon Ranch. This time, and this is not an exaggeration, only half of the sandwich was in the wrapper. The other half was spread out inside the bag. Spread out! Out of the wrapper! I took pictures when I opened the bag. The other half was wrapped up in a closed wrapper. Such a fail. My wife ordered the Smoked Brisket Meal. She added (and we paid for) bacon and lettuce, neither of which were on the sandwich, both of which were on the receipt. Since we ordered online, there is no way this was someone not hearing us correctly. Over 20 years ago, I was an Arby's assistant manager. I loved the food then, and I know the potential for great food now. This Arby's does NOT live up to their potential.
I understand that they are short staffed and ordering and receiving food is slow but what I DO NOT UNDERSTAND is not giving us marinara when we ordered 2
small mozzarella sticks or napkins when we were given our tunovere before the mozzarella sticks were ready. My shake was order no whipped but with choclate drizzle. The sad part is where I had to go to the bathroom to get my son and I paper towels to have something to wipe our hands and face with that lack of follow through is just unacceptable. Also everything is placed as Togo without napkins.. SMH
We planned on tacos for dinner but the place across the street had no AC so we came here. AC super cold in dining room on a 105° day. Service was extremely slow, even though we were only ones here. Drive thru was busy at 4:30 pm. Marketfresh buffalo chicken wrap was tasty but almost too spicy for me. Husband enjoyed 2 for $7 sandwiches. Food was hot, order was accurate.
Arby's is such a great, quick stop by for my favorite the original Arby's Roast Beef sandwich! The sliders are also amazing! When my boys were in football. I would drive through Jenks Arby's and load up with sliders for my boys(& friends!!)
So convenient...so yummy!!
