Terrible waiting in drive thru for 5 minutes no one ahead of me. 15 minutes til close. All food was cold. Sandwiches not fully cooked. Gyro had 4 small pieces of meat. I paid 20.00 for garbage.
My drive through window clerk was AWESOME ... I had to wait a minute for my burger... (Making it fresh!!!... ) So the lady in the window up graded my fries!!! Thank-you!!!! ????????
I've been to Arby's a number of times over the years and today was no exception. I stopped in with a friend and we had an early lunch. The staff was helpful and friendly. The food was hot and fresh. We enjoyed our lunch and rang the bell on the way out.
Food was decent, not as good as other Arby's. I went to the drive thru and didn't realize until I got home they forgot to give me my cheese sticks.
Really good roast beef sandwich. The Wagyu Burger was flavorful, but should have told them to cook it fresh. It was a little overcooked and seemingly dry and dark on the outside almost burnt. Fries were good as were the cheese sticks
I cannot comment on food or atmosphere. But the service was awful! We sat in the drive through line for almost an hour and when we finally got up to the speaker, no one even addressed us for at least 15 minutes. I had to ask if anyone was there. Only to be told they were short staffed today and it wasn't their fault. I get that, but maybe apologize and at least acknowledge that you know I'm there. And here's a novel idea, if you don't have enough staff to run the drive through and the inside, then close one or the other so your business can function. I have never experienced such a pathetic attempt to run a business and lack of customer service. What a joke this Arby's is. I have worked food service before and I'm pretty sure I could've had that place moving faster. Total disappointment
This is at least the 4th time they've either not given me my fries or have forgotten an entire item. Food quality has been going downhill too. EDIT UPDATE: Thanks Owner, for responding. That link you sent me doesn't work correctly, just like the staff you employ here. Never corrected the issue or anything, management is terrible and the service is getting worse and worse. No wonder they're always hiring - EDIT - Figured I'd be stupid and give them a second chance, just even on a cup of French fries. The large was only half full and I got food poisoning from them anyway! Screw Arby's in general now, I'll never eat here again. Save your money and eat anywhere else
We saw a sign in the window saying $1 kid meals with combo purchases. So we got 3 combos and wanted 2 kids meals. They said the promotion was over. We asked why the sign was still up then and if they would honor it, the guy said for one. So, we asked for a 6pc. nugget meal, he replied " I can do a 4 pc."
I work in retail at a corporation, if you forget to take down a sign or if something is mislabeled, the right thing to do is honor the customer's request.
