Food was not good, the roast beef is so thick it taste terrible. The fries were over cooked and cold and ask for sauce and got none. The last couple times has been this way here today was my last try.
I had the Roast beef sandwich with mozzarella sticks, The cheese sticks was cold????, I can not show the sandwich because it had so much cheese sauce till it was a hot mess! I asked for no Onions, got a lot of them ????, Tomatoes could have better if they wasn't soggy uughh.. I will try again later ????????????????
Typical Arby's. Good food, clean facility. Just what you expect.
No reason to think that this is a brisket sandwich. Taste just like the Arby’s roast beef they serve all year long. Not very impressed. No seasoning on me. I gave the brisket and bacon sandwich a B-. See my video review on Jack on the Go show on YouTube.
Great sandwiches, and the staff was super nice and helpful. The restaurant was spotless as well. One of my favorite fast food places in Goodlettsville.
For fast food, the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich is really good. My wife and I shared the sandwich, and it was big enough to satisfy us both.
My boyfriend stopped and picked us up some dinner tonight and it was awful. He ordered me the double roast beef sandwich combo and he got the Reuben with extra sauerkraut as well as meat. They put the wrong combo number on the receipt. We NEVER order the beef and cheddar sandwich. Neither one of us likes the cheese. Furthermore they dumped the sauerkraut and beef on his Reuben in the center of his sandwich. It was not evenly distributed at all. The cheddar sauce also coated the entire inside of the wrapper and the bottom bun was wet. The first thing I noticed was the bottom of the bag was wet where the sauce was leaking out of the wrappers. The whole thing was just a mess. They also would not give us any type of refund. They also lied/gaslit both of us by saying he did in fact order the cheddar combo when he didn’t. He never orders me that sandwich because he knows I don’t like it. This place needs new staff or teach the current staff how to provide better customer service. This is unacceptable.
Placed order inside. Requested to hold tomatoes on one sandwich. Added extra meat to a few sandwiches. EVERYTHING I requested was as I ordered it! This was refreshing as most places mess up at least one part of my order. All the food was fresh! The service was quick, friendly and the person taking my order actually was smiling! I definitely will be back, highly recommend stopping here! Thanks to all the staff working the evening shift on Monday the 26th!
