They are pretty slow here but the order is correct. I'll take accuracy over speed I suppose.
Today I got the brisket. Didn't care for it.

Hit or miss.. don't care to pull me forward if no one else in the drive thru. No possible way to get good time if the order was $30 and it's cool to order in 10 seconds. So don't ask me again to pull forward
Update: yeah they are so sweet the last time I was there and also super fast. Polite everything was done to perfection. And fast! They're the best or can I say! Very nice and professional staff here. They work fast! A great experience! The four roast beef sandwiches for $10 is a great deal! I can still commune with childhood memories back to before Jimmy Carter was president going to Arby's with my parents off the Massachusetts turnpike and it being my favorite restaurant!
Dealing with these people is like extracting teeth.
I try to be polite and respectful, I'm met with sighs and rolling eyes. Asking for anything is like your taking advantage of them.
I couldn't even get 2 sauce packets per sandwich without an argument...
Arby's is supposed to be in between fast food and fast casual, but this one is all ghetto disrespect.
Large, well lit and clean location with plenty of seating and great service. The little lady that manages the place is on point and on top of everything making sure orders are correct and on time. Good is consistently good and the mobile app has done great deals. It's worth a few minutes drive to Raytown!
It was horrible. Went to the drive thru. The worker was rude. Gave us the wrong order. Went back and they gave us the cold food that had been sitting there for the 20-30 mins it took us to get home and notice the mess up, and get back. When I walked in they just glared at me and only one single person was super nice and helpful, Mary. After getting the cold, "correct" order, I get to the car and notice I'm missing a sandwich. And I get the same glares and rude service when I go back again to get it fixed. Mary was nice again. Everyone else was awful and looked disgusted that I bothered them at all.
*Update 4/2/23 if I could give a zero, I would today!
I ordered a simple Crispy Fish Sandwich meal. Asked for no lettuce, just tartar sauce and sliced onion. Curly fries and medium rootbeer. Got to the window and paid. Kid gave me back my Debit card then said the charge didn't go through. He asked for my card back, charged card and said it went through and gave me back my card and another receipt. This one was for someone else's Brisket Sandwich meal. Told him it wasn't mine. Lady then asked for card again and said she refunded me, gave me that receipt back. I took my food home to eat. Got my sandwich out and it was not hot and also had wilted lettuce, tartar sauce and no onions. I was upset with the entire ordeal. Tried to call back, but they don't answer their phone-real convenient!
The floors are sticky. No front line worker. Maybe they called out. Drive thru associate and expeditor ignored me for a long time. Expeditor finally comes to take my order. According to her name tag she's Diana the GM. No wonder she ignored me. Smh. She takes my order and charges me for a medium drink instead of the small that I asked for. Charged me for a side of peppercorn ranch which has never happened before. She grabs my medium cup and says this is our small drink cup is this okay? The Arby's I ate at yesterday says you're a liar cuz that's definitely a medium drink cup... But anyways I got my food and my medium coke and left. After leaving I found out the coke tasted awful like the syrup was out on it so I couldn't even drink it. The sandwich and fries were good at least. I will continue to visit other arby locations but not this one.
