I got two roast beef’s and both of them look like they had been sitting out since 7 am. Roast beef was old. Hardly any meet on it. Tasted horrible has to be the worst worst roast beef I ever had
Yummy double beef & cheddar, and crinkle fries. I love the horseradish sauce, too. This location did Arby's proud. The service was a little slow because I had to wait on the fries, but it was worth it.
I came in tonight with my friends and had the BEST time here. The booths were clean, the service was fast and amazing, the food was hot and fresh. ASHLEY!!! was the absolute best. This woman deserves a raise. She was professional and on top of EVERYTHING. She took our order and didn’t rush us and gave great recommendations. Having been there a couple minutes, my friends and I noticed not only is she running the front, but the drive-thru, the fryers, pick up orders, and keeping up the cleanliness of the restaurant. I will absolutely come back to this location specifically because of her.
Went in today for a classic roast beef sandwich. Also asked for a side of parmesan peppercorn ranch (even says so on my receipt). Sandwich order was on the counter within seconds of paying. I look in the bag and ask about my side of sauce I requested and the girl proceeds to tell me she put it on the sandwich. Another gal standing up front even asked if I wanted it remade, but I declined as I don't like food being wasted. I did ask the other girl to give me a side incase what she put on wasn't enough. Go to eat my sandwich and what do you know? NO SAUCE!! That lady straight up lied to my face about putting it on the sandwich. Good thing I asked for a side of it. But the point is, this location has a very dishonest (and lazy) crew member.
Out of all the Arby’s restaurants in the valley. This location has the best French Dip. I don’t know what they do to make it taste better but I can’t get enough. ????????????
I, as many other thousands of people, continue to be frustrated with arbys and the online process. We email offers but can not get onto app to get offer. Like and bait and deny
4 cars ahead of me in drive-thru. They take the order fast and accurately. Then 5 mins before the line moves. 8 mins to get to the window and they don't know which order is mine. I tell them and they look at me like they never heard of that order. I just asked for my credit card back and drove away. I don't have time for such incompetence.
If I could give this a zero as a star I would. Horrible customer service! I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location at all. I pull up to the drive-thru sitting for a solid 5min there for someone to greet, seeing there was no response I figure they were closed early or the info in Google maps was wrong. Once I was driving off they answered ???? I went back and ordered. The lady’s voice had a tone of annoying that I pull up to order. After I finished ordering she didn’t give me my total therefore I drove up to the window. She gave me a disgusting look and still not knowing what was the total of what I was paying for. She told me to pull up in front of the store and my order will be taken out front. Didn’t even get a receipt. Plus through all of this they had light off like if they closed knowing they still had an hour of services.
