Tables were dirty, and the chicken sandwich looked as if it had been pattied with a rolling pin. Very thin and hard. Couldn't taste the chicken. Would not recommend it. The staff knows but say they have no control, this is corporate. There are no refills on lemonade either.????
One of the best Arby's I've been in. Great service. April was awesome helping me to decide exactly which milkshake to go with. Very polite and courteous young lady who while small in stature, was big in customer service. The establishment was very clean including the restroom. All and all an awesome experience. You can count on this Arby's for a great dining experience.
I think this is one of the best Arby's in my area it's always clean they are very expedient they are polite always have smiles and the food is always hot and tastes fresh
I used the drive thru. Over the past few months I stopped going due to staff acting like it was an annoyance to serve food. Yesterday, I tried again and the drive thru staff were wonderful!! They were nice and happy to be there. The food was perfect and fresh. I got the potato cakes. I had to wait a little bit, but I didn't mind. They were hot, crisp, and not greasy. They were delicious! I will be going back again soon!! I got a double roast beef and the meat was evenly distributed like staff cared about what they were serving. It was a refreshing experience.
Stopped in craving a beef n cheddar . I was hungry and went for the 1/2 pounder. The stacking of the sandwich and cheese made it slide all apart! I still enjoyed ???? it - with many napkins.
How hard is it to get a sammich with no lettuce? Apparently super hard cause they still do it no matter how many times I say no lettuce
No big deal BUT if I say I want a number 4 with large curly fries and a large coke or Pepsi. Why did I get a tea that has a after taste & “crinkle cut” fries which I don’t like…… usually don’t have problems here but ew
But I will return we all make mistakes.
Food was mediocre at best. Asked for a large ice water, which I would be happy to pay for, but got a medium free. So maybe I should ask for 2 ice waters next time. Won't be ordering a beef and cheddar again. Yuck. Turkey, bacon, ranch sandwiches are ok, but nothing to write home about.
