I came to try Arby’s for the first time with my coworker last Friday, clean establishment but some tables are sticky and uneven, very friendly and helpful staff, I really didn’t know what to order so I got me an order of almost everything so I could have the Arby’s experience, let me tell you I was not impressed! The roast beef sandwich was okay not much flavor at all in their meat, the curly fries are not crispy at all, the crinkle fries are okay but their seasoning it taste weird and they’re very inconsistent some are crispy some are not, the jalapeño bites does are crispy hot and melted cheese delicious, the mozzarella sticks are okay nothing that stand out at all, the strawberry lemonade it is good tangy not to sweet and very refreshing, great staff average food or maybe I just not a fan of roast beef!
I got lunch a few days ago and I ordered chicken tenders (3). They guy was very nice and bought my food over to the table. I noticed a few moments later it was not what I ordered. I got a burger. I went to the counter to let them know my order was wrong and he said “ don’t worry I didn’t charge you for it”, I waited for my chicken tenders to come out thinking he placed the order to fix it and it was never fixed.
I always go through the drive-in, usually by noon, and they ALWAYS serve me what I ask for and how I wanted. The chicken sandwiches (2 for $7) and the hamburgers are delicious, the crinkle fries are fresh and hot.
And the friendly employees give an excellent service.
Order taker rushed us through the ordering process, asking every time, "Is that all?" It made us uncomfortable and that we weren't wanted. That being said, it looked like they were short staffed, and she was doing multiple jobs. The food was consistent & and the order was correct. Overall, it was passable food except the fries, which were old & cold right out of the bag.
Waste of time and gas. I ordered the 2 for 6 roast beef and classic chicken sandwiches. Roast beef wasn't fresh, dry and bland. Chicken sandwich was flat, which was more like a chicken pancake. It was cold and hard. Ordered a side of curly fries, they were greasy, and the portion was really small. For $3. Ridiculous! Im very disappointed. Won't go back again.
New Waygu burger with bacon. Bun held everything in well. Great for a fast food change different burger change. Very filling and larger than McD's Quarter Pounder. The sauce did not overpower the whole burger. Give it a try!
