Very disappointed with this visit. I put in an online order at 12 to be picked up at 4:50 and I got there 5min early and was told at the speaker my order was in process being made and only 2 cars in front of me and wasn't busy. It took 7 min to get to window for my order. They handed me my drink and waited about 5 to 6 min before was told to move up to line so the people behind me can get their order and they were in and out before I finally got my order after 5 more min waiting at the line so a total of 18min waiting all together. The point is if I put in an order in several hours early I should have been in and out in 2 min tops especially when this location was not that busy. Hope the problem with this location will get fixed because this wasn't the first time this happened here.
Food was ok. Nothing was hot, like freshly made! Fries were definitely old, potato cakes were cold. Not friendly staff at night like during the day! They seem like they hate their job.
We ordered roast beef sandwiches and chicken sandwiches.
On both sandwiches, the bread was old, and it crumbled. We do not intend to ever visit this Arby's again.
Ordered online in the store and used a %25 off coupon. Inside, the place was clean and uncrowded. The food came quickly, even though the drive up window was slammed.
They're high quality, fast food if there is such a thing. They seem to have a much better quality fast food than McDonald's or any other fast food place. They do tend to be more expensive but in my opinion is worth it. They do need to bring back the potato cake they were fantastic. But as always COVID ruined everything. Please bring back the potato cake.
I really enjoy Arby’s and I am extremely disappointed about my visit today. I ordered a chicken sandwich, mozzarella sticks and fries. I paid for my meal and received ny order. After pulling off I noticed that I did not receive the mozzarella sticks. I decided to try the sandwich but soon noticed that it as not cooked all the way. So I decided to head back to the restaurant for a refund of the sandwich and get the mozzarella sticks that I had already paid for. I returned back to Arby’s and advised them of the issue. I was refunded for the sandwich and mozzarella sticks. The worker advised that I would get the mozzarella sticks but fresh ones were being made and the cashier asked me to pull up to the white line and they would bring them out to me. I waited for 15 minutes and no one came. I got tired of waiting and had to leave. Very disappointed in my experience I was hungry and was looking for a fulfilling meal that never happened.
This establishment has some of the rudest people working the drive thru. They lack customer service skills, the ability to say “You’re welcome” if told “Thank you” is non existent. The food here is cold about 90% of the time or fresh. I’ve spoken to the manager before to discuss issues at this location. He offered free meals which I appreciate however I see the issue hasn’t been fixed with the worker’s.
When you specifically ask for no onions and no mustard sauce but they do what they want
And it happened again. Guess they know better than me what I like.
