Best WLM Reviews

They refused to serve the drive thru even though the drive through states 24-7 and the lights are on at the ordering station. Didn't care to take orders inside either. I would rate a zero if it really counted or they cared. Went for a take-out with no gratification. Had to call them on the phone from their own restaurant.
The employee had a male behind the counter, said male saw us waiting in line and didn't say anything to the Employee working and they both disappeared into the walk in for over 7 minutes, total we were there for over 15 minutes. The employee Daesha (at least that's what the receipt said her name was) had an attitude like we were an inconvenience for ordering food. They seem to have issues with people ordering there so take your business elsewhere.
Went through the drive thru a couple minutes ago. Hot fresh food, extra sauce, friendly employees, and quick customer service! Must be under new management because this is the best Arby’s has been in years!
Used to be a good place but it's gone as far downhill as you can go. The last several times I've gone they have been out of many important items like chicken/fries. Now their fryers are not working and they have every menu blacked out but one. It's not worth your time, go somewhere else.
Went to the Arby's in the loves in Madrus,OR
Was waiting to have someone take my order, was tapping ring on counter to occupy myself. And on if the employees was extremely very rude. Explained I was just doing it to pass the time while waiting, and she got extremely rude again! I would available eating here, in less you like to get yelled at, and bad customer service. Btw the Loves side is AWESOME.
Today 22th Nov I went here for food at 9:30 pm. The girl at register said our system is not working I can’t take your order but i know they all were in hurry to go home. I am truck driver. I was hungry. That’s bullshit bro. Not good
In 1949, New Castle, Pennsylvania natives Forrest Raffel and his younger brother, Leroy Raffel, bought a restaurant equipment company based in Youngstown, Ohio from their uncle. ), and renamed it Raffel Brothers, Inc. By the early 1960s, the company had grown into a leading food service consulting company. Designing and building restaurants and analyzing the fast food market, the Raffel brothers came to the conclusion that there was an unoccupied niche for a chain of fast food restaurants based on dishes other than hamburgers. They decided that their future was to create such a network. In their opinion, the roast beef sandwich was ideal for the main course of the new restaurant chain. The Raffel brothers originally wanted to name their restaurants Big Tex, but that name was already taken. Then they came up with the name Arby's, which comes from the first letters of the phrase "Raffel Brothers" (eng. Raffel Brothers - RB - Arby's).
On July 23, 1964, the Ruffel brothers opened their first restaurant, Arby's, in Boardman, Ohio, near Youngstown. The building, in the style of a classic American field kitchen, the restaurant's giant hat sign, and the interior design, which used natural wood and stone, was reminiscent of the Old West and looked "more expensive" than a typical fast food restaurant of those years. Initially, the menu was presented only with roast beef sandwiches, French fries and iced tea. Sandwiches sold for 69 cents, more than three times the price of McDonald's hamburgers, for example, but the Ruffel brothers believed their high quality food and expensive interiors would attract wealthy customers. Their expectations were met, and a year later the first franchise restaurant was opened in Akron (Ohio). The success of Arby's prompted other fast food chains to also start targeting wealthier customers - Burger King and McDonald's, for example, expanded their menus (introducing more expensive dishes) and began working on improving the interiors of their restaurants.
In 1976, the Ruffel family sold Arby's to the Royal Crown Cola Company (headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia). In 1981, the first Arby's restaurant outside the United States was opened in Tokyo.
As specific as it gets, and if corporate would take interest in the reviews I believe starting with manager and working on down to the last person standing… Fire them all… 10/7/24 @ 16:20… went into the lobby.. first impression… two customers in lobby.. hmmm..
Walked up to counter to place the order and saw the young kid standing at the fryer another at grill.. the kid at fryer takes a step forward out of view and ignores me standing there after he noticed… leaning against the grill Chet chatting away with his buddy working the grill… I get it that the manager can only hire irresponsible individuals.. but this is lame.. just lame.. I would finish the rest of the review but I didn’t get service so now I know I won’t plan on eating here or trying to get the urge to come back.. they had there chance and obviously the manager is just as lame as the crew he hires.. dope smoking non ethical kids that even the manager can be held for his actions… and from the looks of it and to hear what Loves employees have to say I would think something is about to get serious and either hire some that can do the job, or shut the doors and take the loss meanwhile Loves can bring in MC Donald’s or Wendy’s .. prefer Wendy’s over anything else
AND DONT EVEN TRY TO WRITE BACK AND SAY SHARE MORE INFO… think their is enough reviews to see the BS that is going on
