So the era of bad attitudes and poor customer service and like a respect for the customer is in full swing at Arby’s on independence Boulevard made a simple purchase. My items were not put in the bag for the items in the drive-through I assumed I didn’t pay for them, so I paid and once I looked at the receipt, I had already paid so they owed me a refund along with my item and treated me as though I had done something wrong, and such a poor measure I wouldn’t suggest anyone go back with the limited mental capacity that manages this location
Sandwich seemed smaller. But still good. Crinkle fries had various crumbs. Was curly fries. It was raining that day, but no one trying to dry the floor.
Went to Arby's for a deal they offered in the app. Unfortunately, their app is not remotely ready for the public yet. They need to get the bugs worked out before offering deals to get people to download it. Ordered the 5 for $5 special, went inside, they tell me they're OUT OF ROAST BEEF. That I can either wait thirty minutes or else I can call customer service and have them refund my money. I speak with the manager to ask if they can substitute-no, they won't just give me a substitute in lieu of roast beef sandwiches. Can I get the other items in my order-no, we can't give you a partial order. Can you refund my order in store - no, you have to call customer service. All this is happening as dozens more orders for roast beef are coming in. I ask, can't you shut it down so people don't come in expecting an order- no we don't have the ability to do that. Well, I opt for calling customer service (was on hold for ten minutes before they picked up, and was told it would take about a week to receive my refund, and if I don't receive it, to call back and go through it all again). And to boot, since I "used" the deal, I lost it and couldn't use it at another location. I just don't think their app is ready to compete yet, and the manager in the restaurant didn't care one iota about making it right.
It was quiet during the time of day that I visited. As I walked in, the young man stepped up to take my order as I walked up. Very polite, asked me my name for the order, and then possessed my payment.
Shortly there after, my order was ready, and I was on my way. Very clean seating area, and the store was welcoming.
Always enjoy going to this Arby's because it is nearby. It's new clean and very tidy. And everyone there is very nice and hospitable.
Clean tidy usually empty not much to say on this one. Perhaps their services could be a bit faster. It is the country side though

I ordered a Strawberry lemonade regular size thinking it’s like a Medium.Nope I payed almost 3$ for a kids cup.Tell me was I cheated?
