We order take out and eat in car. Sort of cozy that way…my husband loves their beef n cheddar, not listed, while I prefer the simple roast beef. We love the Krinkle fries, also not listed, am I giving a review for the right restaurant? We both agree Arby’s has the BEST MILKSHAKES (nice n thick) of anyone else in Ocala! Moved here from Nashville, TN 3 years ago, love it here, but very disappointed in the restaurants. Most chain food restaurants here lack management and service is horrible and food isn’t half as good. Everything about Arby’s is literally like we’re still in Nashville. Same great taste every time. Thank you Arby’s for keeping your same values wherever you are located. We love you.
Ordered food quickly, we got our food in a reasonable time. They had forgotten 2 of the sandwiches, I said something, and they brought out his sandwiches we realized they hadn't even been rung up, which means we did not pay for them, so I went to pay for them and the person said it was thier fault and not to worry about it. We were willing to pay for it things get missed sometimes. I had to use the little ladies' room. I am very picky about restrooms. I will have to say it was fairly clean. Didn't smell wasn't bad. As most restaurants are.
Service was good. We ordered 2 roast beef meal's. with curly fries. It was hot and delicious. Ice tea was great. They weren't too busy when we arrived but customers started coming in about 30 minutes later. I went to the restroom and there was No Toilet paper! It definitely needed attention. They do have some new employees and they were helpful. But they had plenty of time to attend to this before the customers started coming in. That is why I am changing my rating to 4 stars. I noticed that there employee Michael wasn't there that day. We always receive wonderful service when he is there.
I recently had a disappointing experience at this location. The sandwiches, particularly the classic beef and cheddar, were poorly constructed and lacked flavor, leading me to believe they might have been made ahead of time and left sitting out. The temperature was far from acceptable; a classic beef and cheddar should be hot, but it was served lukewarm, which negatively impacted both the flavor and texture.
Additionally, the curly fries were overcooked or possibly had been sitting for too long, as they were cold and unappetizing. It was evident that the employees lacked the care or concern for the quality of the food they were serving, which is disheartening.
I considered asking for a refund, but I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of arguing. Overall, I was quite dissatisfied with my visit and would not recommend this location based on my experience.

Why would you spend good money on a franchise and then sit at home in front of the TV while it goes to pot? Clearly, whoever owns this place is making no effort to look after it.
Like most Ocala restaurants, it is not clean. There is no reason to stack dozens of cup lids by the soft drink machine, and once you do, you should remove them when they get dirty. There was a stack of them when we visited, and it had dried sauce on it.
The sandwiches used to be hot and covered with hot cheese sauce and French dressing. Ours were lukewarm, and almost no dressing. The fries smelled bad. I don't think they change the frying oil often.
We threw most our food out.
Love the food. Love that my sandwich is not dripping with grease. You can't miss when you eat here. Don't forget the onion rings.
Went to get dinner this evening. My burger was raw, and we were kind of grossed out that a fast food place would serve raw burgers, so we took the uneaten food back to the counter to get an exchange or refund. The assistant manager, Jacob Czechowicz, was very rude and not helpful. He said that he could replace it, but it would look the same because that's how corporate wanted it cooked. A raw burger at a fast food restaurant, really? He kept demanding that it was medium well. Dude, it was medium rare and thats not the point anyway. He literally refused to cook me a well-done burger, and i have an autoimmune disease. You want to feed a person with an autoimmune disease a raw fast food burger, really? And on top of all that, i had just taken medicine that says " take with food" right before we walked in... Ok, refund our money and we'll go get dinner somewhere else. He refused to refund the full amount and was very condescending. And then he threw me out.The dudee literally stole my money. I spoke to customer service, who was very helpful and took my complaint as soon as we left, and said I would be getting a full refund. I truly hope this company does something about this man, and I feel sorry for the people who have to work for him. I am appalled and horrified at how this man got away with treating me. And he has a management position? There are so many other places in Ocala, with good service, that won't expect me to eat a raw burger and would refund my money in a heartbeat.
