Quick, friendly, clean! On the road and this was an excellent stop.

This was my first time to see the different layout of the restaurant. I normally go to another Arby's and that want to see old style I guess. While this one seems to be under a design more streamlined. I like the new look.
Now as far as service service. Fantastic. The manager Austin waited on me is long with three of his employees. Unfortunately I did not get their names. But everyone was welcoming helpful after we needed anything to quick care of us. Highly unusual for a fast food restaurant. I think I'll start coming to this one instead of my old one.
Now the food we had the new burger with elk, venison and beef mixture. We love this new burger. As a matter of fact, between the three of us have visited, we ate four! I did find that I ordered the cherry sauce on the side because it was kind of overwhelming with the amount that came on the first burger. By having on the side you get really taste the quality of the meat.
I also tried the fish with the hush puppy breading and it was also excellent. So overall great experience and nice looking restaurant. Extremely clean. Service top notch. Food was outstanding.
So now this is my new favorite Arby's. Thanks, Austin and the crew.
BTW the picture below of the burger went next to the quarter is to give you a size reference. This burger is a great size, not just a small little burger.
Mixed in my roast sandwich was hard, dry slices of the roast beef. Manager said there was nothing wrong with that meat and refused to give me a refund or another sandwich. NEVER GOING BACK thanks to the manager for not knowing how to handle the situation.
This Arby’s is amazing at customer service. Every time we go- we have a great experience, and everyone is so nice. If there is a problem, they will fix it right away. I feel like fast food restaurants have lost the idea of good customer service, so it is refreshing to see this Arby’s doing it right.
Went last night and got there around 9:15 pm. Despite having a posted closing time of 10 pm and no other signs or notices, the doors were locked. Irritated, I drove around to the drive-thru and was told through the box that it would be a minute. Once I ordered and drove up to the window, I made my payment and was told to pull up to the white line (despite no one else in the drive-thru) and they'd bring my food to me. After about 5 minutes of waiting for my "fast" food, I was finally able to leave. I feel like only 1 or 2 people were working.
The staff, especially Mr. Richard, was so kind and welcoming. Hidden gem...I will definitely be back!
Waited five minutes to have order taken. Did not happen. Luckily, Wendy's was 200 feet away and wanted our business. A business lives or dies by quality service. Arby's is on its way out!
Great service overall and very clean. Cashier was very nice and made conversation with me at the register. Another employee was actively wiping down tables and cleaning the dining room during lunch rush, which was great to see. He also offered to take my trash once I was finished eating.
A fryer alarm was set off while I was eating and it continued to ring the entire time I sat inside. Mildly annoying but I think it just may have been a lack of staff members able to step away from their position to tend to it.
